The U.S.prides itself on its system of "free and honest elections," but are they?
There a have been numerous issues of fraud, such as:
- All the dead Chicagoland people that swung the election for JFK in 1960
- The Al Franken electoral farce
- Hundreds of millions in mysterious election contributions to the Obama campaign, some with absurd names, like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, etc.
- Intimidation of black voters in the old days.
- Now, the spectre of armed Black Panthers, standing menacingly outside polling places, intimidating voters. Charges were dropped by Eric Holder--AFTER they were convicted.
- There's also the infamous Florida recount, and recount ... and recount, that came up 7-11 for George Bush, no matter who counted and how often.
- Massive election fraud in the US Senate race in Nevada, where poll leader Sharron Angle was abruptly defeated by Reid, with thousands of proven fraud allegations, but NO action taken.
- Loose enforcement of voter eligibility rules
- Vote summaries that don't tie in with the detailed recounts
- Electronic voting machines, with no hard copy paper trail and non-transparent software.
- Questionable third party campaign ads.
- Extreme media bias in campaign coverage.
- Questionable eligibility of certain candidates.
- Election fraud in Venezuela, Iran, and other hellholes. Are we becoming one of those?
- The never ending battle and fraud in campaign financing.
- Unfair, illegal, unethical campaigning.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch and True the Vote announced today that they have reached a settlement in an August 30, 2012,lawsuit against election officials in the State of Ohio, resulting in an agreement by Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted to take a series of actions to further ensure that the state is in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). The Judicial Watch/True the Vote lawsuit charged Ohio election officials with failing to take reasonable steps to maintain clean voter registration lists as required by Section 8 of the NVRA.
The Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2014 is Unsound Policy: Legislation Unjustly Discriminates Against White Voters and Creates Opportunities for Special Interests to Determine Voting Laws
by Amy Ridenour
On January 16, Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R-WI), Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) and Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT), introduced legislation, the "Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2014 (VRAA)," to amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965.1
The VRAA provides people who believe voting law should protect the rights of all citizens equally, regardless of race or national origin, with a great deal about which to be concerned.
The VRAA also provides the U.S. Department of Justice with new mechanisms through which it can impose itself on the states, giving the department de facto legal authority to block or impose voting policies on certain states in accordance with the views of whomever is attorney general.
There are other significant concerns about the VRAA, but the scope of this paper will be limited to those two.

Proof that 2012 Election Was Rigged
We have long passed the time when we could vote ourselves out of tyranny on the federal level. The tyranny is here and our own government has become our worst domestic enemy. Our only hope is to retake our state governments and just refuse to submit to the the tyrannical federal leviathan. Anyone who wants to show contempt should consider traveling to DC for the May 16th impeachment rally. Operation American Spring. Look it up. Seeya there.

Subject: County Election Proceedure Vulnerabilities
We monitored three county elections offices during the May 20, 2014 primary
last night. As some of you know from my previous reports, many counties now
upload their results to a site named Clarity Elections, which is a product
of Tampa based, SOE Software, a subsidiary of the Spanish owned
conglomerate, SCYTL. The URL web address indicates the actual web page
location for the site which is disguised or branded to look like a Georgia
Secretary of State (SOS) web page. Note that the browser address bar
identifies the source location as Clarity Elections, which is not part of
the Georgia SOS web site as shown below:
COUNTY UPLOAD VULNERABILITIES:
The county uploads typically take place at least three times during the
evening. They are done with a direct connection from the county server to
SOE Software in smaller counties. Larger counties tend to use a flash drive
to transfer results from the county server to a communications server for
upload to SOE. The flash drive is repeatedly loaded with results from the
county server, transferred to a communications server for upload,
electronically cleared by SOE Software and then re-inserted into the county
server to repeat the next upload process. As you can also see by a careful
reading of Secretary Kemp's response, there is no audit procedure that could
help detect and prevent a remote hack from SOE into the county servers
during these uploads. Tampering with county election results could occur
either through the direct connection or by updating the flash drive with
malicious software when it is cleared by SOE prior to re-insertion into the
county servers. None of the counties we observed could identify adequate
protection against these types of remote intrusions. Furthermore, there is
no procedure or law for counties to publish or verify results prior to
uploading and most do not despite SOS claims to the contrary. Two of the
three counties we observed did not verify results prior to uploading. The
third claimed that there was a process but refused to allow any candidate or
citizen to observe the Election Night activities. It is interesting to note
that this county, which continues to perform Election Night procedures in
secrecy, is also a county that has incurred some of the most significant
electronic vote count problems that have ever occurred in Georgia.
VOTING MACHINE VULNERABILITIES:
For the reasons above we recommended that candidates gather at least some of
their results from the printed tapes of each machine tape in each precinct.
These machine tapes are typically posted inside a glass door or window at
the precinct and are visible from the outside. An observer who arrives at
the precinct before 7pm can also watch the accumulation process provided
that the observer does not touch any equipment or media. This takes about
an hour and either approach allows a candidate or concerned citizen to
verify precinct reported vote totals against the precinct totals reported by
their respective counties. However, this does not assure that the voting
machines counted the votes correctly since they have no way to be
independently audited. Contrary to SOS claims, no form of pre-election
testing can guarantee that the voting machines will count accurately on
Election Day. The many VoterGA supporters who have seen my presentation know
that there are several ways to program the machines to count differently on
Election Day than during testing. The only way to ensure voting machine
accuracy is thorough precinct level Election Night auditing and that is
impossible with the current equipment.

CALIFORNIA’S ELECTION SYSTEM IS WIDE OPEN FOR CORRUPTION
Report shows how non-compliance with federal and state election laws, deficient poll worker
training, no voter ID, and negligent officials open doors to voter fraud.
SANTA CLARITA, CA. May 23, 2014- Election Integrity Project (EIP), a citizen-funded nonpartisan election oversight group, today released its report on California’s election system, titled The Doors Are Wide Open for California Election Corruption:
http://electionintegrityproject.com/reports/The-Doors-Are-Wide-Open... The report provides an analysis of the state’s compliance with federal and state election statutes, including poor voter registration list maintenance and how lack of compliance results in suspected voter fraud.
California is the only state without a federally-required “single, uniform, official, centralized, interactive, computerized statewide voter registration list”, as mandated by the Help America Vote Act (HAVA). The state entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Justice in 2005, which required it to “expedite” the development of a fully compliant database. The new database, to be called VoteCal, will not be completed until mid-2016, and EIP’s report casts doubt on whether VoteCal will ever be built. Meanwhile, in a high tech state with 55 Electoral College votes and 53 U.S. House seats, California’s “official” state list is an agglomeration of 58 county lists and uses 1993 technology. Each county maintains its own rolls, resulting in lack of uniformity across counties. In some counties, there are clear violations of another federal law, Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act, that requires accurately and timely voter list maintenance.
List maintenance deficiencies are illustrated in a chart which shows over 81,000 list irregularities (duplicate registrations, deceased, double voting) in just nine counties reported by EIP to election officials in 2013. Los Angeles County, which is the nation’s largest county and whose votes swing the state and the nation, has a disturbingly high percent of irregularities-- more than twice the rate of other large counties. Given the large numbers of list irregularities, the report questions whether the state is complying with its MOA, which requires regular checks against state databases for voters that have died, moved, etc.
The report also shows that EIP has submitted over 3,200 suspected unlawful voters (suspected double voters, deceased voters) to election officials. In a state with no voter ID, messy lists can result in voting fraud since duplicated and deceased persons are easy to impersonate. This is especially true in California, the report shows, since poll workers are not sufficiently trained on voter check-in procedures.
The EIP report also highlights a disturbing trend in the responses of election officials to EIP’s findings. While some county officials are serious about election integrity, many, including Secretary of State Debra Bowen, refuse to answer EIP’s lawfully-submitted questions about whether irregularities have been cleared and whether unlawful voters have been referred to law enforcement.
“It’s very concerning that the officials we entrust with the integrity of our elections simply ignore some laws and dismiss the expressed concerns of citizens,” said EIP President Linda Paine. “The people of California deserve to have confidence that their elections are compliant with the law and that our officials are serious about preventing the corruption of the system that EIP has exposed.”
