Why is this so? Unless the citizen has caused damage to another person’s property, there is no crime committed. Unless the police can show damages they have no case.
It is called showing evidence of damages to another party in order to prove guilt. Without evidence of guilt there is no proof and there is no case.
Politicians are Thieves when they demand Citizens pay for permits to build a house, garage, porch, do repair work, to own a gun, etc which are designed to generate revenue just to bring in money to pad their salaries.

Good reading. Just so everyone understands Congress approves budgets and authorizes spending.
All a president can do is submit a budget, lobby congress for its approval and veto any budget he disagrees with then hope his veto isn't overridden.
Remember who is really responsible for our current economic mess when you vote on 11-4-2010.
The Washington Post babbled again today about Obama inheriting a huge deficit from Bush. Amazingly enough,...... a lot of people swallow this nonsense. So once more, a short civics lesson.
Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress,and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democrat Party. They controlled the budget process for FY 2008 and FY 2009, as well as FY 2010 and FY 2011. In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.
For FY 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the FY 2009 budgets.
And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete FY 2009. Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period: (below)
If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the FY 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets. If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.
There is no way this will be widely publicized Unless each of us sends it on!

Warning about Headquarters of Meetup Groups
The National meetup groups have been infiltrated by Anti-God Liberals!
These Anti-God Liberals don’t want the Truth shared in the individual groups.
They will block people who are sharing too much Truth from posting on every meetup group, even if the local organizers are Godly people and want the Truth shared!
Why do I know this?
Because I joined over 150 meetup groups in America and have been posting the Truth.
I have been slowly identifying which organizers were Anti-God Liberals and would get banned from these in short order for sharing the Truth.
I was finding the groups who had organizers who were Godly people and believed in doing the right thing and working to protect the Constitution.
I was starting to remove myself from the rest of the meetup groups who didn’t have any traffic to reduce my workload.
Today (2010-07-21) I find that I am blocked from every meetup group, including those who have organizers who are Godly people and are Seeking the Truth.
The only way this can take place is by the hand of someone at Headquarters of meetup!
This finishes proving meetup groups have been infiltrated by Anti-God liberals.
How can they claim to support Glenn Becks 912 Principles and Values when the ---2nd Principle is that God is the center of our Life--- when they totally have rebelled and rejected God’s Truth from being shared?
Meetup groups are no longer a safe or Godly platform to utilize if you are a Godly person Seeking to Stop these Anti-God Liberals from Trashing and Trampling on all of our God given Freedoms, Rights and Liberties and the Constitution!
Even if your local meetup organizer is a Godly person, You can no longer rely on meetup groups for the Truth anymore when headquarters can and will ban anyone from all Local groups for sharing God’s Truth!

Creeping (Creepy) Tyranny
The airline is merely a tool of the state now, because we allowed it to happen. "TSA" will be "requesting" more and more personal information from you, for your own "safety" and "convenience," of course. Maybe later, other entities will request/demand it for travel (toll gates, fueling, parking, inspections, repair, checkpoints), health care, energy, food, education, even the right to travel or buy property. Vehicles, credit/debit cards, bank accounts, fueling pumps, medical devices, could be centrally controlled, even disabled, by those in authority, based upon their own arbitrary rules, if we should be foolish enough to ever allow it. Your movements, spending, consumption, would be constantly tracked, measured, evaluated-- accessible and usable by those with access and power. Makes "1984" look like kindergarten. Some of this is already happening. Gradually, they will make it more and more difficult for you, if you DON'T provide it and may eventually make it mandatory. Try getting on an airplane now without giving them everything they ask for, legal or not, including the new electronic strip search, sometimes even actual ones. Does "Social Security" number ring a bell? Possibly expect eventually to see embedding of the data in you, in the form of a RFID "chip," for your own good and the greater good, naturally. Is it the "Mark of the Beast?" No joke-- this has already been proposed multiple times. It already started with some animals, then might progress to helpless babies, the old and feeble, the indigent and then ??? I was told by some people that I was paranoid for even bringing this up. But, look at what has happened just in recent years. Look at the people and ideologies involved, their lust for power, the lack of: checks, balances and reverence for our Constitution/Bill of Rights. Note that the technology and motives to do this already exist.
