There IS a completely constitutional way to override activist judges and remove them from the bench WITHOUT having to impeach them and it has been done before. Congress has the authority to disband any court district below the Supreme Court. The Judiciary Act of 1802 disbanded several court's districts as those courts were not ruling under the authority of the Constitution and under Article 3, Sections 1 and 2. Remember, an appointment to the bench is not really a lifetime appointment but these judges can serve only upon good behavior and are NOT held to the same criteria of high crimes and misdemeanors under Article 2, Section 4.

A Lame Duck session by a nearly filibuster-proof Congress scares me!
Congress DOES have the authority, under Article 1, Section 2, clause 3, to change the number of house seats under the Constitution, each seat needs only a MINIMUM of 30,000 people in enumeration and there is NOTHING in the Constitution that requires each seat to be enumerated equally; To the Contrary, there have been spans where there were an unequal enumeration represented by each seat as is in fact the case today. The Reapportionment Act of 1929 currently sets the number apportioned by the enumeration; all it would take is an act of Congress to change this. In Wood V Broom, the SCOTUS ruled "the size and population requirements, last stated in the Apportionment Act of 1911, expired immediately with the enactment of the subsequent Apportionment Act." and "Congress has total authority to set requirements of the apportionment and that districts shall not be required to be contiguous, compact, and equally populated."
Obama seized authority of the census on 8 February 2009 and moved oversight from where the Constitution placed that authority, with Congress, to that of the White House, thus violating Article 1, Section 2, clause 3. WHY?
All that would have to be done by Congress is to split assured congressional seats, which apportioned, stands at between (2007 census estimate) 522,830 (Wyoming) and 957,861 (Montana). For instance, Nancy Pelosi's seat of 639,088 (2000 census), could be split 21 times adding 21 more seats to the House of Representatives.
Also, with little oversight, the White House could "fudge" the numbers of the actual enumeration and falsely claim that a population in one district had decreased and increased drastically in another, more sympathetic district.
I am NOT saying this is assured of happening but this COULD happen with a desperate lame duck Congress and a White House with a lust for power and a penchant for lying.

These Anti-God Liberal ---Domestic Enemies--- haven't obeyed the Constitution or the Laws up to this point, what makes you think they will now?
As long as you play by the rules with these Domestic Enemies and they don't obey the rules, how do you expect to get them to do the right thing?

The problem is that unless you can find a judge that will uphold the Constitution any law that any legislative body passess will be constitutional. Even if one judge follows the Constitution, you must then get an appellate judge to follow the Constitution, and eventually, the Supreme Court.
It is all well and good to argue that a law is unconstititional, but the reality is that it is constitutional until you can get the Supreme Court to rule it unconstitutional. We have been trying for 40 years now to get one more judge to see the falacy of Roe v. Wade. While you and I can see the error in the ruling, Roe still remains the law of the land.
Until we can get a majority in Congress, and the Presidency and hold it long enough to replace a majority of the Federal District, Appellate, and Supreme Court Justices, the law will be what the judges say it it. It took 80 years to get the current makeup of the courts, it will take at least 20 and probably 40 plus years to change it back.
Unless we are willing to be engaged in the fight for the remainder of our lives, acknowledging that we will not see the final victory, the battle is futile.
We must start in the schools, we must present our Christian heritage to everyone we meet, and we must know our Constitution AND our Bible. We must be bold witnesses for BOTH. Our Nation was founded on Biblical prinicpals and can only be preserved by those same unchaning truths. We have allowed God to be kicked out of civil society. We must invite Him back in to restore our country to the vision our Founding Fathers shared.

I will agree with you about the schools and God, but
You have the same problem as most folks in your line of thinking.
As long as we think and allow these Unconstitutional laws to be forced upon us as laws we shall ---NEVER-- overcome this problem.
But if we are True Americans we shall not allow these Unconstitutional laws to be used against us.
For every Right there is a Remedy!
When we the people are Stupid and don't know our Rights we shall not have and or retain any rights!
We are to blame no one but ourself for this Stupidity!
The UCC 1-308 is the National code for reservation of our God given Rights and we can reclaim our rights with it and do away with the power of all these Unconstitutional laws using it.
Maybe these instructions on the use of the UCC 1-308 will help any who still have their minds open to Seeking the Truth?
Standard procedures for using UCC 1-308 ---Contract Law---
When signing anything, turn it into a contract using UCC 1-308 and protect our Constitutional Rights of Life, Liberty and Property.
Example of things to sign: Drivers license, lease, buying a automobile, buying business equipment, contracting to do business, Building Permit, marriage license, Code enforcement ticket (if we did not already agree to the terms), Sign ordinance, etc.
Do not sign anything without turning it into a Legal Contract. No individual by Law shall be forced to sign any Contract containing any part they are not in agreement with. Thus we may alter the Contract to suit our needs and protect our Constitutional Rights of Life, Liberty and Property.
Do this by following these instructions.
Before we sign!!!!
We have the right to take a ruler or straight edge and draw a fine line thru any letter, word or group of words, which we do not agree with. At this time we may add anything we want in the contract. Any changes we have made, initial and date below each change. If the other party agrees and you both sign it is a done deal. Yet we should not sign this without writing UCC 1-308 or stamping it on and signing thru this.
The above is Normal Contract Law based upon an Offer & Acceptance by two or more people.
In the case of dealing with permits or Code officials or other Public officials this must be done Different:
In this case we have a Demand by a Public official upon our personal self and or our Private property, they are not necessarily offering us a Benefit, but trying to control us.
In this case we have the right to take a ruler or straight edge and draw a fine line thru any letter, word or group of words, which we do not agree with.
Initial and date below each of these corrections.
For if we make additions the public official did not 1st tender in the Demand, they then have to agree to these additions.
This way we are agreeing with only what is agreeable to us and has been presented to us by the public official. Thus they cannot state they did not before agree to these parts we agree with.
Then write or stamp across the form: UCC 1-308 in red preferably and at a 45 degree across the form in the lower right ¼ section of the form in an open area of the form for readability.
Then sign our signature across this stamp.
Then along the edge of the lower 1/2 right side of the form, sign our signature and date it.
Then we must either get the public official to Time Stamp this or sign it or get a Notary Public to stamp and sign and date the form.
The Notary has more power than the public official.
In the case of permits and other Codes use the Notary if the city clerk will not time stamp it.
Get a copy to keep for our own records.
If taken to court by the public official, we must file a copy of this Contract with the court clerk and judge as evidence immediately as far ahead of the court date as proof of the Contract.
This must be done to show the public officials have given up any rights they may have had, if we had agreed with the original to us per the contract.
Now the only control they have over us is what we have agreed to.
Again, this must be done before court date. If we fail to file this Contract ahead of court date, then we may not use this as evidence in court, thus getting ourselves into trouble.
If done correctly under most conditions it shall never make it to court and never need to be filed with a court, because any public official who violates a written Contract may lose their Corporate immunity and face having to pay all court costs themselves and be subject to criminal actions against themselves. This is per 42 USC 1983 Violation.
Ga. Const. 1983, Art 1, 2 Para. 9;
( c ) The state’s defense of sovereign immunity is hereby waived as to any action ex contractu for breach of any written contract now existing or hereafter entered into by the state or it’s departments and agencies.
Learn to use the UCC 1-308 contract code to protect our Constitutional Rights of Life, Liberty and Property.

This is all well and good, but if you are trying to build a new house and the Code Enforcement says you must apply for a permit and you don't like the language on the permit and change it, the Code Enforcement Officer will not issue you your permit.
You can choose to sue the Code Enforcment department to get the change you are requesting, but you must find a sympathetic judge. If you are successful you will now have an angry Code Enforcement Officer checking all of your work more closely than normal and could find yourself back in court for every inspection. Additionally, you will probably face appeals. The cost of litigating to get your new home will exceed the cost to build it in the first place.
I negotiate contracts for a living, and the reality is that the person who in the better bargaining posistion usually gets what they want. When I have to deal with a government entity, they almost never agree to any changes in their contracts. If we want to use their facility we agree to their terms or we don't use their facility.
Everything you say is true, but both parties must agree to the changes. Most government employees don't have the authority to agree to any changes, and those that do, rarely will.
There is the perfect theoretical world that would be nice to live in, and then there is reality. If we want to drive our cars, we have to agree to the vehicle code as it is written or will not get to drive. If we don't agree to pay the excessive registration fee and don't pay or only pay the portion we agree with, we will not get our tags, and eventually the government will impound our car. If we still don't pay, they will sell our car and keep the money to cover the fees we would not pay.

I happen to know folks who have used this and built without permits and beat the code enforcement officers in court.
Like I said if we don't know our rights and or how to protect them we shall not have any.
You are wrong about both parties agreeing to the changes!~
because in this case the citizen doesn't make any changes, but just marks out everything that takes away our Rights and only agree with what retains our God given rights. Thus the contract stands because the part we agree with was already approved by the code enforcement officer.
Check your state codes and see if they don't state the same thing the GA codes state that any public official who breaks a written contract shall lose their Corporate immunity, which means if they want to take you to court they must pay court cost and cannot use Taxpayers money to do it as they normally would do.
This is where you Stop these corrupt officals cause most of them are not willing to pay out of their own pocket for court costs.
People must learn that we do not make any changes, just only agree to the part of the demand from the agent that doesn' take away any of our rights.
The UCC 1-308 is the Remedy for reservation of our God given rights and is written in every States UCC codes as a differnet number in each state, but is still the UCC 1-308.
If you don't learn to understand how to use it to protect your rights, do cry to me!
You have been given the answer, but if you refuse to learn to properly utilize it you shall continue to lose your rights.
What you all are overlooking is who made these Unconstitutional laws to begin with!

I have not concerned myself with the DVM over this.
I use the Title 18 Section 241 & 242 to protect travels along with I carry a video camera. This works better than a Gun.

Randy: When you mark up a contract and delete certain portions, that does not mean that all other terms apply. It means that you have submitted a counterproposal, which is only valid if the counterparty accepts it. I would wager that many laws/regs are rigged so that the clerk receiving it has no authority to accede to your terms.
I sometimes mark up such contracts. If they fail to note/dispute your execeptions, it may be interpreted as tacit acceptance, though.
Your strategy for disputing/appealing/litigating is probably the most viable route, but the bureaucracy has deliberately made that extremely difficult and legal jurisdictions are not usually sympathetic to such challenges, unless they are clear-cut and well-supported by law. Even that is far from a guarantee.
If you build without a permit, you'd better be prepared to restore it to original condition or to code.
