-- The Mission of the Ventura County Tea Party, a non-profit, non-partisan Citizen grassroots organization, is to help: restore fiscal responsibility; effect reductions in taxes and spending of the government at the local, state, and national levels; mobilize and empower citizens through communication, education and the use of election, initiative and petition processes; to restore free markets, personal freedoms and rights that have been diminished, due to extensive growth of government control, and its apparent unwillingness to faithfully execute existing laws and abide by the Constitution of the United States of America.
Goals & Objectives:
1. Increase awareness of our Tea Party and conservative principles.
2. Be inclusive of all fiscally conservative constituents.
3. Make government and parties aware of our solid principles of freedom.
4. Organize and provide education that will implement a voice in government.
5. Motivate support of conservative candidates and politicians who exemplify Constitutional principles.

Discussions are threaded, in chronological sequence, so the latest stuff tends to be down on the last page, but some thread responses may be under the original postings-- takes some getting used to. You can create new discussions on the "Open Mike" Forum, but the other sections only permit new postings/threads in existing discussions, unless you convince us to start a new one. New discussions are created for really new topics where we anticipate some significant volume. Please cooperate with Forum discussion Moderators.
Why are the discussion threads not in sequence...it will have one from April 6 and then one from 3 minutes ago right under it. How can anyone follow any of this?
