The Ventura County Chapter of Health Care for All (HCA), a group promoting single payer comprehensive healthcare that is universal, and for all Californians, will hold a meeting in Ventura at the E.P. Foster Library. The meeting is scheduled for Sunday, April 3rd, from 5:15-7pm. Health Care for All (HCA) is an advocacy group promoting the passage of Senate Bill, SB 810, which will make single payer healthcare a reality for Cali- fornians..
