I am Foreman of the Supreme Council of the Citizens "National Councils of Peoples" ,
Our mission statement;
In Alexander Hamilton's letter (Federalist Papers) #70, he says, "The ingredients which constitute safety in the republican sense are a due dependence on the people, and due responsibility."
We are then, dully responsible for our form of Government, it is our responsibility to do due diligence to the upkeep and watchful eye by "We the People", in part, I see it as also a part of Representation, in not respectfully reprimanding the People for not doing...what is their "Due Responsibility". One man , is only one idea, many of an idea is a due process of Republican form to adhere to a workable form of law or Act of the people. It is therefore "We the People".
The idea is to bring all groups in the US together as Citizens of our Nation.... and to envolve all peoples outside to join in the Revelotion to take back our Country....from the ground up.
Council is based on the idea of the "Irouquois Nations", loosely, and each State would be as a "Tribe" of Peoples.... with a singular voice...
Each would be divided into 10-12 equal sections, peoples on the lines could move or go either council meetings they wish...your Citizens not parties , Then each section to pick one person to go to the State level with ideas for the State and National level...that would make up the '"High Council".....putting the ideas together from the people in a set of Documents to take forward to the National level, 2 people from the "High Council" would be picked to forward to the "Supreme Council" on the National level to put the ideas together in Congressional form...to take forward to Congress... as an Act or Movement for "Reformation"
This would all be worked out in a "" Citizens or Peoples Convention "" where anyone can come and listen or watch the "Supreme Council"" in action , putting together the ideas.
The idea starts here....for your group to keep informed on what is going on in other states or to get ideas on other states ideas to take forward....

“Reformation”
Preface:
“We the People” hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” These words were written two hundred and thirty five years ago, by our forefathers, with great fortitude and wisdom. They even warned us of coming events and gave us great Documents, to help us protect ourselves from tyranny and oppression. They also gave us some variables to these documents in case some “Massenello” did come along to try to take hold of our rights and “change” what we are. One of those reads, ”That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,” That was in our original Declaration of Independence. That time is here now.
One of our first documents by our first Congress was the “Articles of Confederation” and names us as the “United States of America” in Article 1. The next three Articles, talks about binding the States together, “severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other…..” and that States rights and People’s rights were most important, from the very beginning…States rights and sovereignty were utmost in the forming of our country. The Federal Government was put together to solve some problems with interaction between the States and for our general protection “against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, for any other pretense whatever”.
The Federal Government was not meant to take over the Rights of the States and oversee the rights of the People, to “Oversee” to every ones right from a central location is “Socialism” and that’s not who we are. We are a Republican Democracy not a Federal Democracy. The Preamble to our “Constitution” says it very well, “We the People of the United States, in order to form a more Perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare,…..”,
Not……….“Institute Social Welfare”.
We have reached that moment in time, to either, change the outcome of our future or become “Marxist Communist”. People, “Rome is burning”, we have but a moment to put out the fire or let it burn to the ground. It’s time for all men to stand up and be counted and take charge of your country, “it is the peoples due responsibility”, we all need to do due diligence of our system of Government. You and all of us hold the Crown to our Nation. We are the Nation and we are responsible for its failure or its survival, not Congress, not the President.
Let us do what we need to do.
You have read all the reasons in our “Re-Declaration of Independence” and that we are deeply in debt. The following Articles layout some changes we need to make, not making these changes will lead us down a different road. The Articles are not a suggestion to our Congress or request, but a demand,

Presidents and Legislature are our Leaders of Government and of the Peoples.
Churches, Preachers are the leaders of Morality, Stable Consciousness of God, Stabilizing Honor in the 10 Commandments of Life; they are Leaders and keepers of our Minds, Loyalty to God, the Righteous with Due Respect.
Without them, we loose family, respect, and honor to humanity, and the Declaration of Independence, to God's Laws and The affirmation of our place in the Universe.
