This would tend to endorse those who victimize small children. Is that not a serious disorder? Should we endors ethat sorty of behavior? What am I missing here? It's NOT a disorder? I guess I'm too unsophisticated and politically incorrect to handle that one, perefering to bittrely cling to my guns, religion and reactionary ways. It seems like advanced decay of our society, if the witch doctors of our brains have gotten together to enable and sanction that sort of behavior. Call me quaint, or whatever.
