Constitution for the united States
Article 4 - Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
In a Republic the elected representatives of the people have the authority to vote for and in behalf of the people. In a Democracy the majority of the people vote for or against proposed legislation.
The government created by the founding fathers was to be a republic and not a democracy. Our government was to be governed by the rule of law not the will of the majority. In an unbridled democracy the majority has the power to suspend the rights of the minority.
In California and many other states, there the voters are permitted to vote on ballot initiatives. This process is an example of democracy in action. States that allow for statewide initiatives are not operating as a republican form of government.
The members of our state legislatures were elected to make the decisions for and in behalf of the people and it they can not do their assigned job they should be voted out of office.
Progress on Bruce Boyer/Sons of Liberty First Amendment LA County Case
Criminal prosecution of Free Speech update: 4-23-13
Victory is at hand! Case is now at the LAX Courthouse. The April 2nd hearing was continued to April 22nd. The new Deputy DA assigned to this case, Christopher White, is quite sharp and appears to be a man of very high integrity. He concluded that there was no ‘crime’ but of course it was all about the LAD wanting to silence political speech they di not like. With that he accepted that they have ‘solved’ their ‘problem’ by enacting parking restrictions, as we have accepted them and comply (though they are also illegal) the ‘problem’ is solved. He continued the case out to 7-23 when he will dismiss it! They blinked!
Arrested for ‘trespassing’ standing in the hallway of the courthouse! The hearing of 4-2 was at the LAX Courthouse and was only notable for the following. Upon entering the Courtroom the demanding deputy/Bailiff orders everyone to “right shoulder to the wall” (as they do in jail). I choose to instead walk in and inform the DA’s table that I was there to speak with Mr. White and I sit down in the public area in the row for attorneys. This they did not approve of at all! They demanded that I show them my Bus. card to prove I was an attorney and demand that I not sit in that row! I politely declined to be intimidated as they brought over four deputies and two supervisors. They then ordered the Courtroom ‘cleared’ so I and everyone else got up and walked out into the hallway. As I was standing out in the hallway I was approached by two deputies who asked for my ID, I declined. They wanted to ‘question me’, I declined, I instead asked if I was “free to be about my business’, they told me that I was not. That I must sit down, I complied and asked again AIFTBAMB? Again, ‘No’. They informed me that I was ‘trespassing’. In the hallway of a courthouse that is open to the public? How so? They merely press in with more deputies! AIFTBAMB? No! I am being detained! They threaten to arrest me for ‘interference”, to which I ask how am I ‘interfering’ as I only wish to AIFTBAMB and they refuse to let me? They then open up the Courtroom to allow everyone else inside (no witnesses). I continue to politely refuse to answer all questions and just sit there and smile. They now have a video camera! The Sgt. informs me that I am under arrest for trespassing, they handcuff me as I comply and they search me to obtain my wallet, I confirm that I am the person in the ID so they take my ID and have me handcuffed on the bench. The Dep. DA now comes out! I politely tell him that yes I am there to speak with him, the Deputies promptly take the handcuffs off and Mr. White and I discuss the case! We conclude and I go in the Courtroom so they can call my case. They believe that they are immune to consequences! They shall find out otherwise.
On Feb 26th in Malibu, the Court declined my motion to dismiss the charge. The Court did not wish to explain any ‘why’s, curious. I can make the motion again. The Hearing start date is now April 1st, and the case will transfer to the Airport Courthouse, new judge, new Dep D.A. will they want to carry this Tar-Baby? Likely NOT!
The Court has agreed to defer the start date to allow me to make a motion to dismiss, which is a brief to assert how I believe there was no actual crime committed, the court would then rule whether to dismiss the case, or move forward. The Deputy DA stated that if I would provide a statement from the LASD that they allowed the vehicles to be parked there. He would not attempt to contact them, I was told to obtain there declaration. We return Feb 26th.
The pre-trial hearing was Jan 29th, continued to Feb 4th and scheduled for trial Feb 6th at the Airport Courthouse. Let the jury be impaneled!
The Sheriff’s Dept and the D.A. want to move forward on the charge of “Erecting a sign on a State building” PC 556 against me, Bruce Boyer. After being arrested on a warrant issued by the Court, I appeared for my arraignment on Oct 24th it had been continued for my Attorney George Wallace to be present to represent me. A plea of not guilty was entered; I of course declined their offer of a no-contest plea and 24 months probation. This is of course the warrant that the D.A. filed over our Sons of Liberty L.A. Free Speech Convoy, the trailers parked in the parking lot of the L.A. Sheriff’s Station at Lost Hills, Agoura. The trailers displayed our signs, banners and flags. We displayed banners of our 1st Amendment, 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th Amendments, Justice for Mitrice, the Gadsden Don’t Tread on me Rattlesnake Flag, U.S. Flag, Texas Flag. As our letters to Sheriff Baca clearly spelled out, the vehicles were parked there as Sheriff Baca refused to defend our right to exercise our Free Speech on the streets of Calabasas, Westlake Village and Agoura Hills. Those cities passed laws making our Free Speech criminal, Sheriff Baca chose to aid those tyrants in violating our rights, seizing our Free Speech vehicles. As those were ‘City’ ordinances, they lacked jurisdiction on ‘County’ Property, the Sheriff Station being County Property. We clearly informed the Sheriff that we would exercise our rights in that parking lot until he defended our rights on all of our streets.
For those who are confused, it’s understandable. Our First Amendment is our Bill of Rights, our Freedom of Speech. It is a violation of our rights for any City to pass a law making the display of a sign or banner on a vehicle illegal. Doing so in the parking lot of a Sheriff Station is also not illegal, it is a parking lot. Trailers are vehicles, parked properly and legally in the public parking lot. Parking a vehicle in a parking lot is NOT “Erecting a sign on a State Building”, a violation of CA Penal Code 556. The L.A. Sheriff’s Dept. seized a total of ten of our Free Speech vehicles from the Station parking lot. They seized three claiming they were ‘abandoned’, we parked three more. They seized those three claiming the lot is ‘private property’. We parked four more, three of these they seized as ‘evidence’ of PC 556. They seized the final one which displayed a banner of our 1st Amendment, after posting signs declaring the lot a ‘tow away zone’ (they lacked the legally required authority to do so, but why should they have to follow the law?).
The ten seized vehicles and our Free Speech are all in ‘custody’ and have been since Jan 2012.
So if it is not illegal, why are they doing it? That is a question they refuse to answer. The likely truth is that they want to silence us as we are asking for the truth and asserting our liberty. This they clearly do NOT want people to do and they appear willing to go to great lengths to intimidate us into silence. The incarceration of our liberties is an action they seem quite willing to take to obtain silence and compliance.
They likely think that I will be intimidated into accepting a plea and packing up and shutting up. Not a chance. My attorney has no intention of doing so either. We will defend our liberty and the backlash will serve to expose their corruption and bring about an accounting for their abuses. Pray for the truth to come out, justice and divine protection. I may well spend some time in Sheriff Baca’s dungeon, again.

1ST AMENDMENT CITIZEN’S LIEN AGAINST TREASON
Consequence of filing under 18 USC § 4
Any Judge, Attorney and/or other court officer using the Court system acting under the Color of Law who violates his/her required Oath to support the Constitution for the United States of America is violating the Soldiers Oath to support and defend against all enemies, foreign and Domestic; thus is committing Rebellion and Insurrection against the Authority of the United States, which Authority is the Constitution, therefore the Judge, Attorney and/or other court officer is committing Treason.
5 USC § 3331. Oath of office
An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath:
“I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
This section does not affect other oaths required by law.
US Supreme Court justices take two oaths of office. The first, a Constitutional Oath mandated by Article VI of the Constitution and 5 USC § 3331 (federal law), is sworn by all federal employees except the President:
"I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."
The second, the Judicial Oath of Office, originated with the Judiciary Act of 1789 and continues as a requirement under 28 USC § 453, but was amended slightly in 1990:
"I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.
18 USC § 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
18 USC § 2382 - Misprision of treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.
18 USC § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
The Constitutional Criminal Complaint process we utilize is the Citizen’s first Amendment right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a Redress of grievances.
Judges and/or US Prosecuting Attorneys in any court system cannot Lawfully attack our LIENS AGAINST TREASON, which any Citizen files against Federal Judges, US Prosecuting Attorneys, Federal Agents, State and Local Public officials because of these Public officials violation of their required Constitutional Oath for the Constitution of the United States of America, without shutting down the Selective Service of the Military.
Our Liens are more specifically called: Consensual Public Commercial Liens against Treason.

How can we stand up to someone that creates a 100 dollar Federal Reserve (FR) note for 2 cents and uses the face value of the note of 100 dollars to buy a 100 dollar U.S. Security where the government has to pay them 4% in interest at the end of the year? A yearly cost of 4 FR notes where it only cost the FR 2 cents to print.
This is the biggest Conspiracy you may ever encounter and this started sometime around 1913. Yes, your parents and their parents had so much of their time stolen from them at a cost of 2 pennies.
