I don't propose anything less than storming the court houses, I just watched my Constitution go up in flames. if the SCOTUS refuses to obey their oaths we will have no choice, law will become null and void.

Here is my essay entitled: 'Understanding the Preamble of the Constitution'
Introduction:
The Preamble is a declared statement showing the intention of the United States Constitution.
Many people do not fully understand exactly what the Preamble implies due to their misinterpretation of the way it is written. With regard to what is listed in the Preamble: a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, an understanding must be reached in learning how these items are intended to be covered in the Constitution. Understanding the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America is an absolute in order for anyone to begin to grasp and acknowledge what the Constitution means and is applied to our government.
Understanding the Preamble
We the People of the United States:
The United States of America is a diverse multitude of many ancestral people. People from all walks of life live, own businesses and go to school here. What deems us as We the People? Well, legal citizens is what gives us the right to that title. Those of us who are born here are natural born citizens of this country, if and only if one of our parents is a naturalized citizen to begin with. Then you have those folks who move here and become naturalized citizens. They take a citizenship test and if they pass, they are granted citizenship. Many people are under the impression that our Constitution “gives us” our rights. That is simply not the case. Our rights are given to us by our Creator, whoever that may be. The Constitution of the United States of America ensures the rights of its citizens as long as they are legal citizens.
Now that we have a clear understanding of what We the People refers to, lets examine the rest of the preamble starting with the next three words: In Order to. What do they mean? What do they imply? How are these three words to be used in accordance with the remainder of the Preamble and the duties listed? Very simple, remember the list I mentioned before? That list begins directly after the word “to”. In Order to “form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility..” so on and so on. These three words are a precursor to a list of duties that are to be followed in conjunction of the Constitution.
Proper use of these words can only be justified if the reader of the Preamble puts them before each duty listed in the Preamble. When a reader does this, there is an expansion of the text. Now the reader must look at each duty individually as it pertains to its place in the Constitution. I'm going to take the time and do that now, beginning with “a more perfect Union”.
A more perfect Union:
Our form of government is a constitutional representative republic. Many believe that we are a democracy, but they simply do not understand that democracy is nothing more than an action leading to a result. For example in an election when people exercise their right to vote freely and without inhibitions, and a person is elected as a result of them doing so, they are participating in a democracy type setting.
As a constitutional representative republic, we practice democracy by electing people to represent us. We are a republic due to the fact that we are a country free of tyranny and oppression and we have the freedom to exercise our rights. In our Pledge of Allegiance the words “and to the Republic, for which it stands” also gives credence to this.
When the Preamble talks about a more perfect Union, it is referred to as a constitutional representative republic. Throughout the entire constitution there is evidence of how a more perfect Union can been achieved. Whether you look at the seven Articles of the Constitution or the Amendments, the proof is that a more perfect Union has been established. Not every aspect of the constitution will exemplify this however, even if only one example was there, the goal has been met.
A more perfect Union was desired by our Founding Fathers because they were not completely satisfied with the system of government we had at the time. From 1776 up to the signing of the Constitution on September 17, 1787, our country operated under the Articles of Confederation. This was a seemingly good system to govern under at the time, but our Founding Fathers felt that the chance of the government becoming too powerful over the people was too prevalent. This is not what they wanted for their country and countrymen.
So, when the time came for the ratification of the Articles of Confederation, they decided to write the Constitution to take its place, thus giving birth to a more perfect Union.
Establish Justice:
For the most part, when people hear the word justice, they think of revenge or retribution. The intention of the word justice in the Preamble is to mean fairness. Our Founding Fathers knew from past experiences that things were not always fair. When we declared our independence from Great Britain, we said enough was enough. Every man is endowed with certain inalienable rights by our Creator and those rights shall not be infringed.
Justice doesn't just pertain to legal aspects or cases of law. Say someone murders someone's husband, the wife is awarded justice when the murderer is found guilty and sentenced to either life in prison or death. Many would say that either one may not be justice, but the underlying point is that the murderer is punished in a fair way according to his crime.
Justice also pertains to let's say, freedom of speech for example. If two people are arguing over whom would make a better president, both people have the right to make a fair argument. Of course, I have debated with many people, while they have the right to free speech about an issue, it doesn't always mean that they have a right to force their views and opinions on me. This is the flip side of the coin so to speak when it comes to justice. I have heard so many people claim that they have the right to freedom of speech, but they make that statement without acknowledgment of justice or fairness as it pertains to the person they are speaking to.
To establish Justice, according to the Preamble's intention, has been met with various aspects of the Constitution. Article 3 of the Constitution outlines what is expected from our judicial branch of government. There are guidelines and rules that they must follow in order to keep true to the Constitution in a fair way.
Our Constitutional Amendments reflect Justice in this way as well. Looking at the Sixth Amendment, which stipulates that all accused criminals have the right to trial by jury, this means that even though a crime was committed, the accused has a right to justice in terms of fairness. There are many other places in the Constitution where Justice has been established, but, I think my point is made.
Insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense and promote the general Welfare:
Article. 1. Section. 1 Gives all legislative Powers to our Congress, which consists of a Senate and a House of Representatives. Again, stating our form of government being a Constitutional Representative Republic. Our Congress is the soul branch of the government that can make laws. It is their job and sworn duty to follow the Constitution as per the powers delegated to them by We the People. In order for them to insure domestic Tranquility, to provide for the common defense and promote the general Welfare of our country they must follow Article.1. Section. 8. of the Constitution.
Article. 1. Section. 8 is what is known as the enumerated powers clause. This area of the Constitution outlines specifically what laws Congress can or cannot make. Collectively, by following these enumerated clauses accordingly, the general Welfare of the country is achieved. Insuring domestic Tranquility comes from laws being made to keep the peace. Also, our domestic Tranquility comes in part from Congress providing for the common defense, or our military forces. It is safe to say that the overwhelming majority of the citizens of our country feel safe or tranquil, knowing that we have a strong and hardened military.
With regard to the general Welfare, our military also plays a roll in that too. Our military has a primary duty above all others bestowed on them; uphold, protect and defend the Constitution of the United State against all enemies foreign and domestic. If that does not conform to promoting the general Welfare of this country I would like for someone to explain why.
Many people automatically think, without understanding what the general Welfare is referred to, that our government can enact any legislation that will be good for the people. This is not acceptable under the Article.1. Section. 8. of the Constitution. The general Welfare of our country can only be attained if the powers delegated to Congress are followed explicitly.
“With respect to the words general welfare, I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. To take them in a literal, and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution” (http://liberty-tree.ca /qb/James.Madison.quote.2500).
Not understanding the context in which the Preamble and Constitution as a whole are written, is probably the biggest fallacy people have in regards to conceiving the principles of the Constitution correctly.
Secure the Blessing of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity:
The Preamble intends the notion of securing the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity as understanding what it truly means to be a free individual. Obtaining and retaining our Liberty cannot be done alone. We need someone to guide us, protect us, and govern us so we do not throw away what has been given to us.
Freedom comes with a price, as does anything in life. Our Founding Fathers wanted our country to become a beacon of hope and Liberty for any and all who desires to obtain it. The Blessings of Liberty are what gives all generations of Americans their freedoms and they should never be put into jeopardy by anyone. Our Constitution as a whole secures these Blessings and ensures that they will forever remain intact for the sanctity of our country and the children of our country.
Conclusion:
With understanding where each duty mentioned in the Preamble is related to and covered in the Constitution, it is clear now, what the intention of the Preamble is all about. Before I wrote this essay I understood the Preamble. I have studied the Constitution as a whole along with various other documents that lend support and influence upon the Constitution.
I feel that my understanding of the Preamble and the relevance to the Constitution, as explained in this essay, will educate and further advance the comprehension of the Preamble's intentions and weight on the Constitution at least that is my goal here. Sometimes it helps to convey what you know and understand to others, so that not only will they gain a new perspective on a topic, but, you will also be able to expand your thoughts and knowledge as well. I have experienced this very notion and I anticipate and expect this result to continue in future essays.

Why is the Supreme Court failing to uphold the Constitution?

How can we stand up to someone that creates a 100 dollar Federal Reserve (FR) note for 2 cents and uses the face value of the note of 100 dollars to buy a 100 dollar U.S. Security where the government has to pay them 4% in interest at the end of the year?
