 Donald Trump, a potential presidential candidate in 2012, has boldly asked the question the political and media elite refuse to ask: "Where's the birth certificate?" As a result, more people are discovering the controversy over Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility every day. Therefore, it's a good time for a refresher course or primer on what this issue is all about. There is a new book that will walk you through all aspects of the eligibility issue. That book is titled "Where's the Birth Certificate?" by Jerome Corsi. First of all, it is an irrefutable fact, despite what you might hear and read from other sources, that Obama has never released his birth certificate to the press or the American people. In fact, he has steadfastly refused to do so.  The only document Obama has offered to suggest he is a natural-born citizen actually contradicts that suggestion. But, even worse, that document, the certification of live birth, the short-form certificate, is insufficient for purposes far less significant than establishing the constitutional eligibility for the presidency. For instance, try getting a passport with one. Try qualifying for Little League with one. Try getting a driver's license with one in most states. This is a digital document, subject to fraud, easy to obtain in Hawaii without a birth actually taking place, and the state of Hawaii has never even asserted that the document the Obama campaign released was an official Hawaiian document. There is one other piece of so-called "evidence" cited by Obama acolytes: much-to-do-about-nothing newspaper birth announcements. Since those birth announcements would be triggered automatically by the Hawaii health department with the acceptance of an application for a certification of live birth, they are totally irrelevant insofar as corroborating evidence. They only indicate that someone in Hawaii applied for a certification of live birth, a document Hawaii handed out to people with no evidence of an actual birth having taken place. For the life of me, I have no idea why this is so hard for some people to understand – people like Bill O'Reilly. It's not about Obama's parents or grandparents trying to position him as a presidential candidate in the future, as some scoff. There are lots of reasons parents and grandparents try to establish American citizenship and birthrights for their children beside setting them up for the presidency. I'm shocked that we have so many gullible people in the media. It's appalling, and all those who have aided Obama in his cover-up will regret it someday. Someday soon. Those who ridicule and mock people like me who attempt to hold elected officials accountable to the law and the will of the people are defending the indefensible. The indefensible position is in suggesting that Obama should NOT release a simple, innocent document the America people clearly want to see and have a right to see when it is the very basis for determining whether he is constitutionally eligible to be president of the United States. There is simply no evidence that Obama is constitutionally eligible for office – at least not on the table, not for public view. The very first piece of evidence we would inspect to make such a determination is the one document Obama refuses to release – the long-form birth certificate. We're just supposed to believe what he says – take it or leave it. I don't accept at face value anything Obama says. The story he told in his ghost-written autobiography just doesn't stand up to scrutiny. We have another problem with Obama with regard to the transparency he so frequently pledged as a candidate. He has steadfastly refused to release school documents, college records, health reports, travel and passport records and so on. Remember all the fuss about George W. Bush's National Guard records? For heaven's sake, we have nothing from Obama. Nothing! Why are we playing pretend with Obama? He should have to answer questions and provide documentation just like any other president or presidential candidate. When did we go on the honor system with matters as important as who becomes president?  This issue is going to continue to dog Obama right through 2012. He cannot run away from this. In May we will be publishing a book by Jerome Corsi called "Where's the Bi... At least a dozen states are working on legislation that will require presidential candidates in 2012 to prove constitutional eligibility. One of the potential Republican candidates in 2012 is already talking about the issue and demanding to see Obama's birth certificate. The vise is closing in on Obama. There's no escaping it. He will have to deal with it forthrightly or stand no chance of re-election. Now you are completely up to speed. You know more than even Bill O'Reilly. Congratulations on passing "Eligibility 101." Income Taxes Constitutional or Not?

Peter is the author of the book “Cracking the Code”, a shocking book which exposes the fraudulent activities of the IRS and the unconstitutional hoax that is the income tax. He was convicted of filing false income tax returns based on his well-researched and well-documented belief that private income is not properly the subject of the federal income tax. It was one of the most outrageous political prosecutions in American history, yet few Americans are aware of it.

There is a former IRS agent named Sherry Peel Jackson who is also in prison, Sherry left the IRS to become a CPA and start her own accounting practice. She discovered the IRS tax fraud racket from a client. She tried to do something about it and ended up being falsely prosecuted by the IRS for tax fraud. She is a young married black woman with young children. She has medical problems and was denied treatment in prison. She has been moved repeatedly from prison to prison without notification to her family, so that friends and family have difficulty maintaining contact with her.

This problem with the income tax is very serious, and the progressive judges in the federal courts are participating in the cover-up to protect the government scam. The courts have blocked every attempt to get the constitutional issues relating to the income tax tested in court. Prosecutors focus on alleged legal requirements to comply with the Tax Code, while the Code itself is unconstitutional, as well as misleading and deceptive, and the IRS interpretations and enforcement mechanisms are fraudulent. Thus another judicial slight of hand results, in which the real substantive issues underlying the case, based on the requirements of the Constitutiuon, are scrupulously avoided. Instead, the courts prohibit introduction of constitutionally-based evidence and insist on issuing rulings on superficial matters such as the alleged filing of false income tax returns or what they call “frivolous returns”. Does this sound familiar? Isn’t this similar to what happened to LTC Lakin, Colonel Hollister, Cort Wrotnowski, CDR Charles Kerchner, and Captain Pamela Barnett when rulings focused on refusal of orders and the so-called legal principle of “standing”?
How many more examples do we need of the denial of the right of the people to petition the government for redress of grievances, as guaranteed in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, before the people will be forced to seek other avenues to resolve their grievances?
Shortly after the filing of the Keyes/Barnett lawsuit by Dr. Orly Taitz, in which I was a named plaintiff, I received a notice of audit from the IRS. What followed was a very unpleasant experience which I am convinced was orchestrated IRS harassment directed from a higher level in the government. After a long process and many meetings with the IRS auditor, the audit was closed out with no change. In the process I experienced what I believe were numerous violations of my constitutional rights, but I also learned a lot about the origins of the income tax in the course of the research I conducted to defend myself from the IRS charges.
During my IRS audit I carefully planned and prepared a discussion with my auditor (who by the way was a non-native Japanese female who did not seem to understand the concept of individual constitutional rights) about the U.S. Constitution, including questions about the primary tax provisions in Article 1 of the Constitution, the repeated violations of my constitutional rights during the audit pursuant to the Bill of Rights protections concerning my right to petition the government for redress of grievances (First Amendment), protection against unreasonable searches resulting from outrageous demands for extensive copies of my personal financial records (Fourth Amendment), self-incrimination (Fifth Amendment), and denial of rights retained by the people (Ninth Amendment).
In addition, I had prepared a thorough discussion of the Sixteenth Amendment, based on a statement made to me by this IRS agent, after consulting with her superiors, that the IRS authority to impose income taxes derived from the Sixteenth Amendment. The IRS maintains this position in spite of the conclusive evidence in a Supreme Court decision that the Sixteenth Amendment did not create new governmental taxing authority, and conclusive evidence produced by Bill Benson, after extensive research and travel to every state capital and the National Archives, that the Sixteenth Amendment was fraudulently ratified in a carefully orchestrated effort to deceive the American people.

As soon as I mentioned the Constitution, the auditor abruptly broke off the discussion and left the room. She returned with a very large male supervisor who addressed me in a most threatening manner and advised me in no uncertain terms that we would not be discussing the United States Constitution. He stated that the audit process I was undergoing had nothing to do with the Constitution. I said that it had everything to do with the Constitution, whereupon he threatened to immediately terminate my audit and turn my case over to the IRS enforcement branch. This was a blatant intimidation tactic, which I recognized and anticipated. I felt that I was in a position to prevail in the audit, which I ultimately did, so I backed down.
What the IRS is doing is outright thuggery. As Joe Banister himself, a former IRS CID Special Agent has stated, the entire IRS workforce is part of a government-sponsored protection racket, no better than the Mafia.
The simple truth is that IRS employees are participating in a criminal enterprise, committing mass violations of the United States Constitution, as well as mass violations of the constitutional rights of American citizens, every day of their working lives.
In my opinion, the IRS must be exposed and eliminated or we will not be able to protect the freedoms guaranteed to us in the United States Constitution.
Once we solve the problem of the usurper in the White House, the fraudulent income tax should be the next target of patriotic Americans seeking a restoration of Constitutional government.

Reporting From: Santiago, Chile
On June 10, 1215 AD, after prolonged rebellion and frustrating negotiation, a group of England's most influential barons entered London to force the disastrous King John Softsword into accepting a revolutionary charter of individual freedoms.
Five days later in the Runnymede meadow of Surrey County, John affixed his royal seal onto what became known as the Magna Carta. It still exists on the books today in England and Wales.
This document was one of the more important antecedents to the US Constitution; its proclamations ended the absolutism of England's monarchy and spelled out very clear rights and freedoms, including, among others, the right of a man to enjoy his private property without trespass from government officials.
Over 550 years later, the framers of the Constitution codified this right in the 4th Amendment to be secure in one's private property. Last week, the Indiana Supreme Court effectively rejected both documents in two separate cases.
In the first case of Lacey v. State of Indiana, the Court ruled that police officers serving a warrant on a private home may simply walk right in without knocking.
The second case of Barnes v. State of Indiana is far more startling. The case deals with one Richard Barnes, a regular Joe citizen of Indiana, who was in the midst of marital problems with his wife one evening in 2007. The couple was arguing when police arrived to the scene and attempted to enter the home.
Barnes made it very clear to the officers that they were not to enter his home. The officers did not have a warrant, and they did not have probably cause to believe that anything illegal was happening. But they entered regardless.
Barnes tried to block the door, and as the police officers muscled their way past him, he shoved one of them against the wall in defense of his property. Barnes was choked and tasered in his own home, subsequently hospitalized, then charged with misdemeanor battery on a police officer.
The case went to court, and the Barnes defense team cited a private citizen's right to resist unlawful entry into one's home. They lost. The case was appealed, all the way up to the Indiana Supreme Court. Here's where it gets interesting.
The Court agreed that the police officers entered the Barnes home illegally. The Court further agreed that one's right to resist illegal entry has existed since the Magna Carta. The Court further agreed that the US Supreme Court has reaffirmed this right to resist unlawful entry in numerous court cases.
Seems pretty cut and dry, no?
Yet, in summarizing the court's opinion, Justice Steven David writes, "We hold that there is -no right- to reasonably resist unlawful entry by police officers."
Wait. Full stop. A citizen has no right to resist unlawful entry by police officers on his private property? Apparently we're all supposed to lay down like two-toed tree sloths while these jackbooted monkeys turn private property into yet another 'rights free' zone.
Americans already have to put up with dispensation of the Constitution at airports, border checkpoints, political events, many train station, and soon to be bus terminals and shopping malls. We'd better add 'private residence' to that list as well.
The right to protect oneself and one's property against unlawful entry is the hallmark of any free civilization. Conversely, it is the hallmark of a totalitarian police state when government goons have the authority to go stomping around on private property without oversight of a judicious, impartial court.
There is no middle ground here... and a government that is on the way to denying this right is not far down the road from denying other basic, seemingly no-brainer rights-- like assembly, criticizing the government, and possession of firearms.
One of the reasons I travel so much is so I don't have to deal with this kind of nonsense. I enjoy spending time in countries where I have no fear of some government agent forcing his way into my home.
There are a number of such places in the world-- Chile is definitely one of them.
