Purpose: To Protect Citizens from Public Officials Abusing their Power!
Our Founding Fathers were Public Officials willing to give their Lives to protect All Citizen’s God given Rights! In order to form a More Perfect Union, Justice has to be established to Protect All Citizens from Public Officials becoming Corrupt and abusing their office.
§ Are Our Public Officials protecting Citizen’s Rights or are they taking them away?
§ Are Our Public officials establishing Justice and insuring Domestic Tranquility or are they the problem?
Darkness comes upon any Community when some Public Officials conspire with certain Law enforcement officials to violate Citizen’s Constitutional Rights.
§ Ga. Const. Art. I, § II, Para. I state: “Public officers are the trustees and servants of the people and are at all times amenable to them”.
§ Ga. Const. Art. I, § I, Para. IX (2009): Right to assemble and petition, which grants every Citizen the right to ask (petition) Public Officials to do the right thing?
§ Georgia Codes: 15-1-8: When judge or judicial officer disqualified: (a) No judge or Justice of any court, magistrate, nor presiding officer of any inferior judicature or commission shall:
- Sit in any case or proceeding in which he is pecuniarily interested; (getting paid for services)
- Sit in any case or proceeding in which he has been counsel (acting as City Attorney, School Attorney, etc).
If Attorneys have sat as Judges ruling over cases where they personally have vested interest in the case, and/or been counsel for one of the parties involved then ---This is against the Law!
Do some Public Officials believe they are above these Laws and don’t have to show “Just Cause” for their actions? Have they forgotten their Oath to serve each Citizen for the Good of the Community? Could it be they have been in office too long? Have they come to think they are our Masters and can treat us like Slaves they can Harass, Intimidate and Tax to Death?
Do some Public Officials believe Tax Paying Citizens don’t have the Right to investigate and hold them accountable to Honor their Constitutional Oath for any Laws they may have broken and/or any time they may have oppressed any Citizens Civil Rights?
If the Laws pointed out to these Public Officials are still in effect, then:
§ Who is harassing and seeking to intimidate whom?
§ Why have some Public Officials forgotten to Honor their Oaths to serve Taxpaying Citizens?
§ Why have some Public Officials forgotten they are employees, whose Salary is paid for by Tax Paying Citizens?
We have already requested each Public Official show “Just Cause” why they don’t have to Honor the Constitutional Laws they have been presented, and made aware of in the other notices (having been hand delivered to them). ---Absolutely none of them have shown “Just Cause”!
Notice to All Public Officials: “We wish to request that each Public Official cease and desist from harassing and seeking to intimidate any Citizen in their free exercise of their God given Inalienable Rights and/or any Citizen who is seeking to investigate and/or hold any Public Official accountable to their Oaths.”

Well, I would say that "General Welfare" means just what it says. It means the general welfare of the whole... of every state and the people in it. However, that's the Preamble. The Preamble is a statement of WHY the Constitution is enacted.... "in order to.... " It is not itself a grant of power. It is an explanation of WHY the powers in the Articles of the Constitution are granted. You can't get authority to enact ANY Legislation from the Preamble. You have to get it from the articles of the document, and authority to mandate individuals, for example, purchase health insurance doesn't exist there.
I don't think it's right to say that the "general welfare" phrase from the Preamble means only the government. Does it not also say to "provide for the common defense"? Does this also apply only to the government, such that the military is there to defend the government and not the people? No, of course not. I think there is a simpler explanation, as outlined above.
By the way, the quote you gave from Jefferson vis a vis "general welfare" are exactly what I was pointing out above.. they are qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. They are general principles and goals... the articles are where the power is.

How can we stand up to someone that creates a 100 dollar Federal Reserve (FR) note for 2 cents and uses the face value of the note of 100 dollars to buy a 100 dollar U.S. Security where the government has to pay them 4% in interest at the end of the year?
