More and More Citizens are waking up to their Constitutional Rights. Public Officials must recognize what is happening in this Country, Are you as a Public Official and or Agent thereof aware of these Laws that ---Protect Citizen’s God given Rights--- to provide Peace and Security to the Community and for the Good of America.

I ---“All government, of right, originates with the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole.--- Public officers are the trustees and servants of the people and are at all times amenable to them”.
In order to have Peace and Security in our Nation All Public Officials must Honor their Constitutional Oath of office of being Servants to each and every Citizen regardless of the Citizen’s skin color. Have you as a Public Official taken the Full Constitutional Oath of Office: ---5 USC-3331? ---If you have not, why not?
As Citizens of our Nation ---We must back and support All Public Officials ---Who Support, Defend and Honor the Constitution.
It is of utmost importance that All Public Officials and Agents thereof ---never break the Law, if they do violate the law they must stop immediately or they will undermine and destroy the Peace, Security and Welfare of the entire Nation. If any Public Official and or Agent thereof ---breaks any Law and or violates any Citizens Civil Rights, then this Official and his or her superiors may lose their Immunity and be guilty of Civil and or Criminal offenses.
When any Public Official and or Agent thereof violate any Citizens Civil Rights regardless of the color of their skin, Great Harm is done to our Community and Nation. If we don’t stand up for the rights of each other we destroy our own Freedoms, Rights and Liberties.
These Rights do not come from Government Officials, Supreme Court Judges, etc, ---(they come from God).
Holding Public Office takes a Special kind of person because Public Officials don’t receive the Respect from the Citizens for doing the Right thing. It is the Duty of each Citizen to Back up and Support each Public Official who is willing to stand Tall above the Rat Race and do the Right Thing.
When Citizens don’t fulfill their Duty of Backing and Supporting Public Officials who are willing to do the Right Thing of Treating each Citizen as they would like to be Treated, how could these Public Officials continue to do the Right Things without our Support?
Public Officials of Good Will who don’t have the Backing and Support of the Citizens may get dragged into the Gutter of Bad Politics, We as Citizens cannot allow this to take place. We as Citizens must fulfill our Duty of backing and supporting every Public Officials who is willing to do the Right thing.
Each Public Official must live by the Golden Rule for the Good of the Community, that our Community may have Peace and Security.
Don’t we all wish to live in a Community of Peace and Security?
Each Public Official has to step up to a Higher Level and be above “Business as Usual”.
Any Public Official who is willing to step up to this challenge and hold this Special office and do the Right Thing, must have the Backing and Support of the Community.
There are Laws that hold Public Officials accountable for wrongdoing who refuse to Honor their Constitutional Oath of office and refuses to do the Right thing.
More than likely each of you as a Public Official may have thought you were doing the right thing, but is it possible you may have been deceived into doing wrong because you were not aware of these laws?
Surely if you had known and understood all these laws, you surely would have done the Right Thing?
Now you may see you may have broken some of these Laws and that these very Laws can hold you Personally accountable, even to the point of losing your immunity and you being then sued in your Personal Capacity for Punitive Damages by each Citizen so damaged? Surely you will choose to do the right thing and have the backing and support of the Community and avoid being sued?
God tells us that there is No Law against having Good Will and treating others, as we would like to be treated.
Is not God asking each of us to do the Right thing, and then shouldn’t every Citizen appreciate each Public Official who is willing to do the Right Thing?
We are asking you to do the Right thing and make amends, now that you have been made aware of these laws that you may have broken, which you may have been unaware of, so we can support you in honoring the Special office you hold.
Surely you want to obey God and be supported by all Citizens seeking to enjoy their God given Rights??
The Citizens of Good Will in the Community would like you as a Public official to choose to do the Right thing and we will back and Support you as long as you choose to do the Right thing.
We as Citizens know we may make poor choices sometimes and we want to be forgiven, when we are willing to make amends and do the Right Thing, so we should be willing to forgive you when you have made poor choices, as long as you are willing to do the Right Thing and make Amends.
It is not our wish to get rid of any Public Official who is willing to do the Right Thing and try to live by the Golden Rule..
We need Public Officials who are of Good Will!
Any Public Official, who is willing to do the Right thing and immediately make Amends when their wrongdoings are brought to their attention, will not need a Lawyer!
Remember: Our God given Rights, Freedoms and Liberties are ----“Off Limits”---- to All Public Officials.

jefferson on "Separation of Church and State"- Not what most people think
Again, Sally, the establishment clause, in my opinion, sets up the separation of church and State just without using the specific words.
Article VI specifies that "no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."
Even Roger Williams, founder of the Baptist Church in America wrote, in 1644, "[A] hedge or wall of separation between the garden of the church and the wilderness of the world".
I am a Christian and value the relationship I have with God. With that in mind, were our government to officially embrace a religious belief, we would be throwing away one of the main reasons for our existence...The freedom of each individual to decide, for themselves, a belief or lack thereof.
Actually, Michael, you are incorrect. Jefferson never used the phrase "separation of church and state". As you show in your quotation, Jefferson used a, similar, metaphor in his personal letter replying to the Danbury Baptists on January 1, 1802. This metaphor is, probably, the most widely MISquoted - out of context - phrase used in, falsely, supporting the, current day, concept of "separation of church and state" .
In saying out of context, I am referring to using one metaphor to, incorrectly, describe Jefferson's beliefs on the relationship between church and state. To properly understand the metaphor it must be examined within the full context of numerous other statements, and writings, of Jefferson.
As many here may know, Jefferson was the first Anti-Federalist President. This was well received by many Baptists of the time as that denomination was, largely, also anti-federalist. On October 7, 1801 the Danbury Baptists wrote a letter of congratulations to Jefferson in which they also stated their concerns that the Constitution might not adequately protect the people from the establishment of a state religion. The fear, shared by both Jefferson and the Baptists, was that religious freedom could come to be understood not as a right, granted by God, but as being "granted" by government and, therefore, one that could be revoked by government.
Jefferson's opposition to this concept was absolute and clearly stated many times. For example:
"[No]power over the freedom of religion...[is] delegated to the United States by the Constitution." Kentucky Resolutions, 1798
"In matters of religion I have considered that its free exercise is placed by the Constitution independent of the powers of the general [federal] government." Second Inaugural address, 1805
"[O]ur excellent Constitution...has not placed our religious rights under the power of any public functionary." Letter to the Methodist Episcopal Church, 1808
"I consider the government of the United States as interdicted [prohibited] by the Constitution from intermeddling with religious institutions...or exercises." Letter to Samuel Miller, 1808
Having seen the tendency of government to encroach on religious expression many times, Jefferson was vehemently opposed to government having any such ability. Jefferson, as did the other Founders, believed that the religious clause of the First Amendment had been enacted with the sole purpose of preventing the federal establishment of a "national" religion. He stated this very clearly in a letter to Benjamin Rush, a fellow-signer of the Declaration of Independence:
"[T]he clause of the Constitution which, while it secured the freedom of the press, covered also the freedom of religion, had given to the clergy a very favorite hope of obtaining an establishment of a particular form of Christianity through the United States; and as every sect believes its own form the true one, every one perhaps hoped for his own, but especially the Episcopalians and Congregationalists. The returning good sense of our country threatens abortion to their hopes and they believe that any portion of power confided to me will be exerted in opposition to their schemes. And they believe rightly."
Understanding this context, let us take a look at a more complete quotation of Jefferson's reply to the Danbury Baptists in which he assures them that the free exercise of religion would never be interfered with by the government:
"...Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between man and his God; that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship; that the legislative powers of government reach actions only and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church and State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties..."
A key legal phrase, in the above quote, is "natural rights". As the term was understood, at the time of the writing, it expresses the belief that religious liberties were inalienable rights, received from God. Government had no authority or power to grant these rights and, therefore, no ability to take them away or interfere with them in any way.
Jefferson very clearly believed that the source of our religious rights was god and that government was, therefore, absolutely prevented from interfering with those rights. The "wall", in the Danbury letter, was NOT to limit any religious activities in public but to prevent government from interfering, in any way, with those expressions.
Not only did Jefferson, and our Founders, believe in freedom of public expression of religion, they fervently believed in the necessity of the inclusion of religion in both public activity AND government:
"Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism, who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. The mere politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them."
George Washington's Farewell Address, 1796.
"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a religious and moral people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other."

Now, as to the origins of the phrase used today "separation of Church and state", this phrase comes not from any of our founding fathers, or documents, but solely from the Supreme Court of the United States! As such, it is an excellent example of the deviation, of that body, from the original intent of our Founders.
For over 100 years the Court understood the concept correctly as is exemplified in SCOTUS case, Reynolds v. United States (1878). Unlike today's court - which only misuses the original eight-word separation phrase - the court wrote a lengthy opinion on the subject and concluded:
"Coming as this does from an acknowledged leader of the advocates of the measure, it [Jefferson's letter] may be accepted almost as an authoritative declaration of the scope and effect of the Amendment thus secured. Congress was deprived all legislative power over mere [religious] opinion, but was left free to reach actions which were in violation of social duties or subversive of good order"
In it's summary, the Court further stated:
"The rightful purposes of civil government are for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order. In this...is found the true distinction between what properly belongs to the church and what to the state."

It was not until 1947, in Everson v. Board of Education, that the Court invented the phrase "separation of church and state" - while, incidentally, abrogating the First Amendment - and, as Supreme Court Justice Kennedy has stated, made itself into a "national theology board". The degeneration of the SCOTUS, however, is a separate, and lengthy, dissertation it's own.

How can we stand up to someone that creates a 100 dollar Federal Reserve (FR) note for 2 cents and uses the face value of the note of 100 dollars to buy a 100 dollar U.S. Security where the government has to pay them 4% in interest at the end of the year?
