When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

In the following Text, the word “Constitution”, shall refer to the “Constitution for the United States of America”.
>1. ”This constitution, shall be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.” (U.S. Constitution, Article VI, paragraph 2.)
>2. Article IV section I: “Full Faith and Credit Clause”
“Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.”; Meaning that Public Officials, Officers and Agents of the government, must provide Proof of their Authority to act, must Authenticate their Authority to act, must provide for Commercial Liability coverage for their acts to guarantee their Faithful performance of Duties and Responsibilities to We the People. Therefore, their acts must be signed Affidavits sworn to be true, correct, materially complete and not misleading under their own Commercial Liability and Notarized for Authenticity. Anything less shall be construed to be Deliberately Evasionary and Fraud on their part against the Nation, its Constitution and the American People.
>3. Article 1 section 10 of the Constitution: “No State shall… pass any… law impairing the obligation of contracts.” Nor shall any Union of the States or the Government of the United States passes any law impairing the Obligation of Contracts.
>4. Article 6 of the Constitution:
All lawmakers, court officials, and enforcement officers are bound by oath to the Constitution.
All judges are bound by oath to support the Constitution.
14th Amendment of the Constitution:
Due Process of Law and Equal Protection of the Law
5th Amendment of the Constitution:
“Just Compensation”… “nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation”. Therefore, there shall be Just Compensation for Taxes prepaid for Service, not Disservice.
Consensual Commercial Consequence: Disservice Mandates Public Commercial Liens against the Government Treasury to Rebate Taxes to the Public under the Public’s Control.
>5. Article 1 section 9 of the Constitution: “No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States”.
Article 1 section 10 of the Constitution: “No State shall… grant titles of nobility”.
>6. 14th Amendment section 3: No person shall hold office if he rebels against, or violates the Constitution.
Article 3 section 1 of the Constitution: “The Judges, both of the Supreme and of the inferior Courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour,…”
Article 1 section 2 of the Constitution:
“The House of Representatives shall have the sole power of impeachment…”
Article 1 section 3 of the Constitution:
“The Senate shall have the sole power to try impeachments,” and the power to Judge Impeachments, and the power to convict on an Impeachments.
Therefore, Congress, the House and Senate, shall impeach anyone who rebels against or violates the Constitution.
The Congress has the Duty, the Professional Responsibility, the “Commercial Liability”, and the Power to police the Judges and hold them accountable, by impeachment, indictment, trial/prosecution, judgment/conviction, and punishment according to law, including imprisonment or death, for their Criminal Behavior.
(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.
(b) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or another would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal.
>8. 18 USC § 3: Accessory after the fact: Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

Why my Grandpa carries a gun;
Please take time to read this and pay particular attention to "A Little Gun
History" about half way down. PEOPLE ASK WHY? Why Carry a Gun?
My old grandpa said to me "Son, there comes a time in every man's life when
he stops bustin' knuckles and starts bustin’ caps and usually it's when he
becomes too old and fragile to take a whippin.' I'm too old to fight and
too slow to run so that only leaves me ONE viable option.*

*A LITTLE GUN HISTORY**
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about
20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million
Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of
13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were
rounded up and exterminated.
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million
political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan
Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000
Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million
educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and
exterminated.
Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because
of gun control: 56 million.
You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians
disseminating this information. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save
lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the
law-abiding citizens.
Take note my fellow Americans, before it's too late! The next time someone
talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.
With guns, we are 'citizens'. Without them, we are 'subjects'. During WW II
the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans
were ARMED!
If you value your freedom, please spread this anti- gun - control message
to all of your friends. The purpose of fighting is to win. There is no
possible victory in defense. The sword is more important than the shield,
and skill is more important than either. The final weapon is the brain.

Anyone who thinks the motivation for this program is good might be smoking dope. To begin with, look at the timing. This bill was quickly rammed through, misappropriating money from the registration program, as about 50 mostly unconstitutional gun control bills were passing through the Sacramento sausage-making machine, better known as the CA legislature.
Guns to be confiscated won’t be just from hardened criminals, but from people who naively believe that “shall not be infringed” in the Second Amendment actually means what it says. Since a great number of new constitutional activities/possessions will be criminalized, these teams will be raiding people who are following the Constitution. The likes of Jeff Gorell and Scott Wilke, along with the Democrat Progressive Socialists, voted for what they characterized as “not a gun bill, but a public safety bill.” Liars, fools or both.

You know I am no fan of Obama.
Nothing infuriates me more than hearing a politician utter the ridiculous cliche, “If we can save just one child…” as reason to strip gun rights from hundreds of millions of responsible citizens.
Obama stood with children after the Connecticut shooting, capitalizing on the emotions of the moment and played the worn out, “If we can save one child…” card as justification for signing an Executive Order, issuing a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.
Obama is so out of touch with American values and so clueless regarding the real issues of gun violence in our country, he must have believed the research he was ordering American taxpayers to pay for, would support his efforts to disarm us all.
Well, Obama shot himself in the foot because the study, he ordered, revealed the following:
We did not need to waste taxpayers’ dollars to prove what we, as gun owners, already knew.
It is simple, school yard common sense that when guns are taken from responsible citizens it shifts the balance of power into the hands of the criminals on the street and the criminals in our government. Obama, Biden, Feinstein, Bloomberg and their ilk don’t give a crap about saving one child. They want to disarm the American public because they fear us. They are willing to use children in the most heinous, public relations scheme to accomplish their goal of disarming us. Shame on them.
Obama and his gun grabbing zealots got what they deserved. They shot themselves in the foot! Now they are attempting to keep the study under wraps, BUT DON’T LET THEM DO IT. Forward this e-mail to everyone you know and ask them to do the same.
And remember, the only thing the gun grabbers can’t take from you is your ability and willingness to use the guns you have to defend yourself against all enemies, foreign and domestic so make sure YOU ARE TRAINED.
