PL87-297 Arms Control and Disarmament Act /
State Department Publication No.7277
If someday your children or grandchildren ask you how Liberty died in America and what happened that caused the demise of the Nation, read this and you will be able to answer them.
If they ask you why the Citizens have been disarmed, you'll know. If you want to know why, go to your local library, no matter where you live in the United States. Tell the librarian to show you where the 'United States Code books' are shelved. There are 25 books in the set. They are reddish-brown in color. They are printed by the Government Printing Office in Washington, DC. These hard-covered books are printed every 8-10 years. They are updated with annual soft-back supplements each year until a new hard cover issue comes out. At the present time, the 1988 hardbacks are on library shelves.
OPEN VOLUME 9. The page numbers are in the center near the middle binding. The section numbers are along the edges.
TURN TO PAGE 651. Here you will find Public Law 87-297 which calls for the United States to eliminate its armed forces. This law was signed for the United States in 1961. John F. Kennedy signed it and every president since has worked to enact its provisions. The government knows you will not approve which is why they want to take away your firearms. (This is Title 22 USC section 2551)
TURN TO PAGE 652. Here you will find the definition of what the government means by "disarmament." The disarmament calls for the elimination of our armed forces. It also calls for the elimination of weapons of all kinds.
(This is Title 22 USC 2552 (a).
TURN TO PAGE 654. Here you will find it stated as item (a) "control, reduction and elimination of armed forces..." and as Item (d)" ...Elimination of armed forces...." What you need to know is that your armed forces are being eliminated and relinquished from national control which, in turn, wipes out our sovereignty as a nation. In two stages, we will have no more army, no more navy, no more air force. In the third stage, we shall have a "zero" military. Before Stage I closes, all citizen owned guns are to be banned.
(This is Title 22 USC Section 2571 (a).
Public Law 87-297 is further explained in the State Department Document called Publication 7277. Your librarian can also furnish you a copy. Also ask the librarian to get you a copy of "The Blue Print for the Peace Race." It is a 35-page booklet printed by the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency as Publication No. 4 - General Series 3 - Released May of 1962. Publication No. 4 is the unabridged version of State Department Document 7277.
Both of these booklets explain how our military is to be reduced to 2.1 million men. China and the Soviets are to be reduced to that level also. At this point, we are at Stage I at which time we are to transfer (on a permanent basis) one-half of our armed forces to be merged with the Russian and Chinese armies. In Stage II, the remaining one-half of our armed forces is then turned over to this same Security Council of the United Nations. The person in charge of the merged armies must, by agreement, always be a Russian. The world's smaller nations turn 100% of their armies over to the same under-secretary of the Security, Council in Stage II. President George Bush and Admiral Wm. J. Crowe [have referred] to this process as being "in transition."
TURN TO PAGE 655. On this page in Volume 9 of the United States Code, read "Policy Formation." The directives there (written in 1963 to pacify objectors) are supposedly to restrain anyone from disarmament, reducing or limiting our armaments, or taking guns away from the people unless it is pursuant to the treaty-making power of the president, or if it is authorized by further legislation by the Congress. (This is title 22, Section 2573.)
Every couple of years the House of Representatives votes to appropriate funds for this on-going program. Since P.L. 87-297 was first passed into law in 961, there have been 18 updates to it - all bad - with no deletions of these issues I lay before you now. The Congress knows that the plan includes the policing of the United States by foreign troops. (The world army they are forming in Europe.) The Congress is allowing our military bases to be closed down, except for those that will be used by the world army. You will find that plan in Publication 7277 and in "The Blueprint for the Peace Race."

Bailout recipient Bank of America has severed relations with an American company because of a reported bias against their industry. McMillan Group International released an extraordinary statement on Facebook regarding the incident:
McMillan Fiberglass Stocks, McMillan Firearms Manufacturing, McMillan Group International have been collectively banking with Bank of America for 12 years. Today Mr. Ray Fox, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking came to my office. He scheduled the meeting as an “account analysis” meeting in order to evaluate the two lines of credit we have with them. He spent five minutes talking about how McMillan has changed in the last five years and have become more of a firearms manufacturer than a supplier of accessories.
At this point I interrupted him and asked “Can I possible save you some time so that you don’t waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer what my business.”ADVERTISEMENT
“That is correct” he says.
I replied “That is okay, we will move our accounts as soon as possible. We can find a Second Amendment friendly bank that will be glad to have our business. You won’t mind if I tell the NRA, SCI and everyone one I know that BofA is not firearms industry friendly?”
“You have to do what you must” he said.
“So you are telling me this is a politically motivated decision, is that right?”
Mr Fox confirmed that it was. At which point I told him that the meeting was over and there was nothing let for him to say.
McMillan is now refusing to accept Bank of America cards from customers for payment
McMillan is heavily involved with U.S. national security. McMillan rifle stocks are the standard for the Marine Corps’ favored M40A3 sniper rifle. McMillan products, from stocks and other accessories to complete rifles, are used by U.S. regular and special forces and by American military allies around the globe.
McMillan products are of particular import in Afghanistan and in Iraq, where snipers and designated marksmen armed with long-range precision rifles performed (and still perform) vital scouting and overwatch functions protecting maneuver units. The extended range of these weapons allows forces to engage with and destroy enemy forces before they are in range to accurately fire against American soldiers and Marines.
Per McMillan’s statement, a politically partisan bank has severed the lines of credit to a company important to our national security. This act has likely added difficulty to the company’s ability to operate, to research product improvements, and to deliver products on time. Bank of America’s stance — especially if this signals a new policy regarding dealing with all arms manufacturers — could potentially effect the readiness of American soldiers in combat zones and the operational efficiency of some of America’s most highly trained and effective units.
Bank of America was the recipient of well over 100 billion dollars in federal money. They are also one of just two vendors processing payments for Barack Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign, employing a system that disables safeguards againstillegal foreign donations. Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the site of the Democratic Nation Convention in September.
This is at least the third time Bank of America has implemented a discriminatory policy against gun manufacturers. In early 2001, a scandal erupted over the bank’s attempt to discriminate against another Arizona-based company. The resulting public outrage forced a reversal of the policy.
In 2010, Bank of America attempted a similar action, and wasagain forced to “clarify” their position:
Bank of America does not have a corporate-wide policy to deny banking services solely on the applicant’s involvement in the firearms industry.
No other gun manufacturer or gun rights group has reacted to the McMillan Facebook post at this time.
For gun owners. It all depends on where you live
You may have heard on the news about a southern California man put under
72-hour psychiatric observation when it was found he owned 100 guns and
allegedly had (by rough estimate) 100,000 rounds of ammunition stored in
The house also featured a secret escape tunnel. My favorite quote
From the dimwit television reporter: "Wow! He has about a quarter million
Machine gun bullets." The newspaper headline referred to it as a "massive
By southern California standards someone owning 100,000 rounds is called
But had he lived in Arizona, he'd be called "an avid gun collector."
In Texas, he'd be called "a novice gun collector."
In Utah, he'd be called "moderately well prepared." (but they'd probably
reserve judgment until they made sure that he had a corresponding quantity
of stored food.)
In Montana, he'd be called "The neighborhood 'Go-To' guy".
In Idaho, he'd be called "a likely gubernatorial candidate."
In Wyoming, he'd be called "an eligible bachelor."
And, in Wisconsin, he'd be called "a deer hunting buddy."
In Georgia, we'd just call him "Bubba".

A message from Sgt.Gabriel Gonzalez, SCSM to all members of California State Group on Modern Militia Movement! California: Anti-Gun Bills Need Your Help to be Stopped Please contact your state Legislators TODAY! Mark Twain is quoted as saying, "No man`s life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session." Well, California has definitely proven that statement true over the years. Anti-gun legislators and activists are working hard to impose more restrictions on law-abiding gun owners and your help is needed to STOP this madness. Everyone knows that criminals DO NOT respect or obey the law and the anti-gun bills reported below are only stopping law-abiding gun owners from exercising and enjoying their Second Amendment rights and hunting heritage. Please call AND e-mail your state Legislators TODAY and urge them to STOP SUPPORTING criminals by disarming law-abiding citizens. The anti-gun bills reported below are moving in the California legislature and ALL gun owners are needed to help stop them. Please forward this alert to your family, friends and fellow gun owners in California and urge them to call AND e-mail their state Legislators to OPPOSE the following anti-gun bills. This Monday, May 7, anti-gun bills, Senate Bill 1221 and Senate Bill 1366 will be heard by the state Senate Committee on Appropriations. Please call AND e-mail members of this committee TODAY and urge them to OPPOSE SB 1221 and SB 1366. Contact information for committee members can be found here. As early as this Monday, the following anti-gun bills could heard by the full state Assembly. Please call AND e-mail your state Assemblyman TODAY and urge him or her to OPPOSE Assembly Bill 2333, Assembly Bill 2182 and Assembly Bill 2549. Contact information for your state Assemblyman can be found here. Finally, the following anti-gun bills have passed in the state Assembly and are now pending a hearing date in the state Senate Committee on Public Safety. Please call AND e-mail members of this committee TODAY and urge them to OPPOSE Assembly Bill 1527 and Assembly Bill 2460. AB 1527 passed in the state Assembly by a vote of 44 to 29 and AB 2460 passed by a vote of 47 to 25. Contact information for this committee can be found here. Below is a description of each of the bills: SB 1221, introduced by state Senator Ted Lieu (D-28), would ban hunting bears and bobcats with dogs. Hunting with dogs is a tradition that continues to be practiced across the country. Many dog breeds with select characteristics for hunting can be traced back for thousands of years. Seventeen states allow bear hunting with dogs. The use of hounds for hunting has never been shown to have an adverse impact on wildlife numbers as biologists and wildlife experts direct regulations and bag limits just as they do with other hunting seasons. SB 1221 is supported by the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) – a radical group that supports banning all hunting with or without dogs. Its President, Wayne Pacelle, has been quoted as saying: “We are going to use the ballot box and the democratic process to stop all hunting in the United States ... We will take it species by species until all hunting is stopped in California. Then we will take it state by state.” In 2003, HSUS unsuccessfully championed California Assembly Bill 342 that would have banned all hunting with hounds. They now seem to be taking a deceptive and incremental approach to accomplish the same goal via SB 1221. Don’t let anti-hunting extremists remove another traditional form of hunting. SB 1366, introduced by state Senator Mark DeSaulnier (D-7), would require every person to report the theft or loss of a firearm he or she owns or possesses to a local law enforcement agency in the jurisdiction in which the theft or loss occurred within 48 hours of the time he or she knew or reasonably should have known that the firearm had been stolen or lost. Law-abiding gun owners should not be made a victim twice. AB 2333, introduced by Assembly Member Jose Solorio (D-69), would expand the crime of bringing a BB gun onto school grounds, to include non-metallic projectiles, and would impose an unnecessary and potentially severe criminal liability on everyday toys (not just BB guns and pellet guns) with severe penalties. Under this bill, a parent who inadvertently has a toy gun in their car when picking up their child from school can end up facing FELONY charges and up to a year in jail; the same is true for students who inadvertently have a toy that expels a plastic (or even a foam) projectile in their backpack or car. AB 2333 would also create a negligent storage law for BB "devices," a person who knows or reasonably should know that a minor is likely to gain access to that BB device without the permission of the minor's parent or legal guardian is subject to civil fines starting at $250. AB 2182, introduced by state Assembly Member Norma Torres (D-31), would require that a person be arrested if they inadvertently attempt to bring a firearm through an airport TSA checkpoint and ban that person from entering that airport in the future. AB 2549, introduced by state Assembly Member Isadore Hall (D-52), ignores many of the fundamental legal issues that have been created by the firearms polices and regulations of the California Department of Justice. One specific section of AB 2549 will allow only a law enforcement officer to request to retain one of the personally owned and regulated firearms should they leave their issuing agency, the rest of their personally owned and regulated firearms will confiscated and /or surrendered for disposal. These regulated firearms can only be owned by law enforcement officers if he/she has received a letter from their issuing agency first and can only keep one firearm with the approval of the head of the agency. AB 1527, introduced by state Assembly Member Anthony Portantino (D-44), would expand on last year’s ban on open carrying of an unloaded handgun to also include unloaded rifles and shotguns. AB 2460, introduced by state Assembly Member Roger Dickinson (D-9), would ban the private party transfer or sale of handguns that are not on the California Approved Handgun Roster by law enforcement officers. From: "RonDate: May 8, 2012 10:25:13 AM PDTTo: <Undisclosed-Recipient:;>Subject: Senate Bill 1221
Senate Bill 1221 is another UN AGENDA 21 attack. California hunters are outraged over Senate Bill 1221 because they know that it’s not really about banning bear and bobcat hunting with hounds. It’s about banning all hunting. How do we know? The folks behind the bill told us so.We need you share this note with your group to call your state Senator and vote "NO" on SB 1221. Hound hunting is an age-old sport that George Washington enjoyed.Read the actual testimony from my neighbor and friend Daniel Goodman:Hello my name is Daniel Goodman I am from the Central Valley region of California. I am writing in opposition to SB 1221. I will start with the monetary problems with this bill. I spend locally and nationally around $10,000 to $15,000 annually to house, feed, and outfit my hounds with the best that money can buy. A lot of these purchases are local in my small town of Prather, Ca. As for the State level the Department of Fish and Game will lose MILLIONS in tag and licence revenue. I and a lot of other hound hunters only hunt bear and will no longer be purchasing Bear tags or Hunting licence. Around $1,200,000 worth of Bear tags alone are sold annually to hound hunters. I find the idea of shooting a bear as it is wandering in the forest a lot less humane then giving them a sporting chance at getting away. I have been using hounds to hunt bear for 25 years I have only harvested around 10. I have let countless go due to size, sex, age, and females having cubs. My pack of hounds is not a roaming pack of killers. They have a direct purpose and are well trained not to chase other animals. They are also my family members. They love me and my kids and we love them. The Department of Fish and Game has been doing a wonderful job of maintaining or wildlife here in California and should be left to do the job we pay them to do. Our bear population has been on the rise for the past 20 years there are kill quota's in place each year set by biologist that are paid by the tax payer. I believe they are the professionals on this subject and should be solely in charge of numbers killed and methods of take. I believe Senator Lieu has been misled into believing hound hunters to be an evil group of outlaws that abuse there dogs and the states resources. This is not the case we are freedom loving law abiding voters who will not take this laying down.Bill to Ban Hunting Introduced in California
Fresh off their failed attempt to play politics with the California Fish and Game Commission, the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) has now teamed up with California State Senator Ted Lieu (D-Redondo Beach) to target the states bear and bobcat hunters.Click here to find your legislator contact: http://capwiz.com/ussportsmen/home/?external_id=10405.014th District Fresno/Madera County area contact:Sen.
