Will YOU Save Freedom? Catch The Tea Party Wave

????? Who????

Another election of a lifetime. Outcome may affect the survival of the USA, which is already in trouble.

Some Possible Republican Candidates:

http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Elections/President/2013/0114/Marco-Ru...

Some of these are actually Progressives, unqualified or even constitutionally ineligible. But, the media and party don't note that. More will come along.

So far, Hillary is touted as the leading Democrat candidate. Third party candidates haven't been announced yet, but will likely have theitr usual uphill battle of publicity blackouts, prejudicial election laws, funding, etc.

Some hints may be gleaned from our 2012 Presidential Election discussion.

Interesting that about 8 million fewer people voted in 2012 elections than 2008, even though population grew by millions. Says a lot about the peoples' disengagement from the political process.

Romney and marriage

Just in case he has any ideas of running in 2016

Tony Perkins is the founder and president of the Family Research Council, a well endowed non profit that seems to be more beholden to the corrupt bosses of the GOP than to families.
Before you decided to give them your hard earned cash to 'protect families,' read this.

Tony, are you serious?
Romney's "still campaigning for marriage?"
Not sure how you can say this with a straight face given the FACT you were personally shown (on numerous occasions by many people) that Romney unilaterally, illegally and unconstitutionally implemented same-sex "marriage" in Massachusetts and that even the judges who issued the Goodridge opinion admitted that they didn't possess the authority to change the marriage laws and that only the legislature could do so (which to this day they have never done!) (Proof Below)

Tony, not sure why you continue to claim Romney's "still campaigning for marriage" or that Romney is a "friend to the pro-family movement" when there is arguably no Republican governor in U.S. History who has done more to undermine family values, life and marriage than Willard Mitchel Romney...

Joint Letter to Governor Mitt Romney from Pro-Family Leaders

(This letter was hand-delivered to the Governor’s staff on Dec. 20, 2006.)

December 20, 2006

The Honorable W. Mitt Romney

Governor, Commonwealth of Massachusetts

The State House

Boston, MA 02133

Dear Governor Romney:

You have a few weeks left in your term to take action on the issue of marriage. Contrary to opinions offered up by liberal commentators, liberal legal authorities, and perhaps even your own staff, you have the authority as Governor to reverse the damage that has been done to the sacred institution of marriage. The signatories below urge you to declare immediately that homosexual "marriage" licenses issued in violation of the law are illegal and to issue an order to all state and local officials to cease violating the law.

As is increasingly well known, the Massachusetts Constitution denies the Judicial Branch any role in marriage policy:

"All causes of marriage…shall be heard and determined by the governor and council, until the legislature shall, by law, make other provision." (PART THE SECOND, Ch. III, Article V.)

In hearing the Goodridge case and issuing an opinion, four of the seven judges violated the Supreme Law of Massachusetts. Massachusetts courts have admitted, on other occasions, that neither they nor legislators, nor the governor are authorized to violate the Constitution:

"[The words of the Constitution] are mandatory and not simply directory. They are highly important. Theremust be compliance with them." (Town of Mount Washington v. Cook 288 Mass. 67)

Nevertheless, after these judges issued an illegal opinion, you told the citizens of Massachusetts and all of America that you had no choice but to "execute the law." Oddly, you were not referring to a law, but to the judges’ opinion.

Your oath to uphold the Constitution requires treating an unconstitutional opinion as void (as President Thomas Jefferson did in Marbury v. Madison). You failed to do this. Nor did you treat it as an illegal ruling that affected only the specific plaintiffs (as Abraham Lincoln did, refusing to accept the Dred Scott ruling as law, pointing out that judges do not make law).

Instead, you asserted that the court’s opinion was a "law" and thus binding. Though the Legislature never revoked the actual law, you issued – with no legal authority -- the first "homosexual marriage" licenses in American history.

The Massachusetts Constitution does not confirm either your statements or your actions: 2

"[T]he people of this commonwealth are not controllable by any other laws than those to which their constitutional representative body have given their consent." (PART THE FIRST, Article X.)

The Constitution also disproves your assertion to the nation that the marriage statute (M.G.L. Chapter 207) was somehow suspended or nullified by the four judges:

"The power of suspending the laws, or the execution of the laws, ought never to be exercised but by the legislature, or by authority derived from it, to be exercised in such particular cases only as the legislature shall expressly provide for." (PART THE FIRST, Article XX.)

In light of both your actions and your explanations, it comes as a great surprise to many of us to learn that, under the Massachusetts Constitution, judges cannot suspend or alter statutes. This principle is clearly fundamental to Massachusetts' system of government and is restated in multiple ways.

"The judicial shall never exercise the legislative and executive powers, or either of them: to the end it may be a government of laws and not of men." (PART THE FIRST, Article XXX.)

We note that the Massachusetts Constitution so completely protects citizens from the rule of judges that even laws passed in the Colonial period before the Constitution itself was ratified cannot be suspended by judges:

"All the laws which have heretofore been adopted, used and approved … shall still remain and be in full force, until altered or repealed by the legislature…" (PART THE SECOND, Article VI.)

We note, Governor, that in all of your justifications to the nation, there was no mention of these parts of the Constitution which you swore to defend. Why? Even this same court is forced to admit:

"The Constitution as framed is the only guide. To change its terms is within the power of the people alone." (Opinion of the Justices, 220 Mass. 613, 618)

We note Massachusetts Chief Justice Hutchison's words in 1767: "laws should be established, else Judges and Juries must go according to their Reason, that is, their Will" and "[T]he Judge should never be the Legislator: Because, then the Will of the Judge would be the Law: and this tends to a State of Slavery.' " As Judge Swift put it in 1795, courts "ought never to be allowed to depart from the well known boundaries of express law, into the wide fields of discretion."

As for your claims about the authority of Goodridge and its illegal 180-day instruction to the Legislature, the same court had admitted in 1992 that they cannot issue an order to the legislature or the governor:

"The courts [instructing] when and how to perform...constitutional duties" (mandamus) "is not available against the Legislature [or] against the Governor)." 3

"The...principles expressed in...the Massachusetts Constitution...call for the judiciary to refrain from intruding into the power and function of another branch of government." (LIMITS v. President of the Senate, 414 Mass. 31, 31 n.3, 35 (1992)

We also note this ruling in 1969: "an unconstitutional overreaching by the judiciary is an act that is "not only not warranted but, indeed, [is] precluded." (Commonwealth v. Leis)

We note that even the Goodridge majority said they were not suspending the marriage statute:

"Here, no one argues that striking down the marriage laws is an appropriate form of relief."

In fact, they admitted that under the statute, Chapter 207 of the Massachusetts General Laws, homosexual marriage is illegal: "We conclude, as did the judge, that M.G.L. c. 207 may not be construed to permit same-sex couples to marry."

Moreover, we note that nothing in the Goodridge ruling asked or pretended to authorize the governor to violate the statute in the event that the Legislature would not repeal it.

We also note that the statute remains in the Massachusetts General Laws, and has never been stricken, suspended or nullified. The court itself has previously clarified your obligation:

"But the statute, so long as it stands, imposes upon both branches [of the Legislature] uniformity of procedure so far as concerns this particular matter. One branch cannot ignore it without a repeal of the statute. A repeal can be accomplished only by affirmative vote of both branches and approval by the governor." (Dinan v. Swig, 223 Mass. 516, 519 (1916)

Nevertheless, with no legislation authorizing you to do so, you ordered the Department of Public Health to change the words on marriage licenses from "husband" and "wife," to "Partner A" and "Partner B." Stunningly, you later admitted that without enabling legislation you cannot change birth certificates in a similar way.

We note that, despite the court's admission that the statute prohibits "homosexual marriage," and the Constitution's statement that only the Legislature can suspend laws, you ordered officials to perform homosexual marriages and thus violate the statute (a crime under c. 207 §48), and the oath of office by. Those who refused, you ordered to resign.

This emboldened other local officials, including the mayor of Boston, to boast publicly that they would break the law by "marrying" out-of-state homosexual couples – also a crime under c. 207 §48.

In summary, while the four judges asserted that Chapter 207 is unconstitutional, they did not suspend the marriage statute and were powerless to do so. The legislature has not changed or repealed it. Therefore: 4

1. The marriage statute is still in effect.

2. The statute continues to prohibit same-sex marriages.

We note that you swore no oath to execute court opinions, but rather laws and the Constitution. The same Massachusetts high court itself said in 1986: [The Executive branch] must "be faithful to the words of the statute ... as written, and an event or contingency for which no provision has been made does not justify judicial [or Executive Branch] legislation." (Amherst v. Attorney General, 398 Mass. 793)

You swore an oath to uphold the Constitution against assault from the other two branches. You swore on a Holy Bible, and said, "So help me, God." Your oath itself declares that it is violated on penalty of perjury, a felony.

Like much of America, many of us accepted as sincere your explanations of your role in this social and constitutional crisis that is fundamentally altering the moral fabric of our culture and eroding basic building block of human society. We are now forced to look at your role, as constitutional sentry and a gatekeeper of our form of government, in a different light.

We would be greatly disappointed if your principal contribution to history will be imposing homosexual marriage -- knowingly or unknowingly, willfully or negligently -- in violation of the state Constitution you swore to uphold.

♦ We urge you in the strongest possible way to fulfill the obligation imposed by the Constitution of Massachusetts upon the "Supreme Executive Magistrate" to uphold Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 207 the marriage statute, by declaring immediately in a formal, written executive order that the Goodridge court cannot overrule the Constitution and that homosexual marriage therefore remains against the law.

♦ We urge you also to issue immediately a public memorandum from the Office of the Governor declaring members of the Legislature to be engaged in a conspiracy against the Constitution, to which the oath of office attaches the penalties of perjury -- a felony.

♦ We urge you to immediately notify the legislators who openly conspired against the Constitution in denying the first marriage amendment petition a vote in 2002 that:

• they violated the oath of office, a constitutional felony, and

• as a citizens’ constitutional petition, that initiative remains pending until brought to one of the five final actions the Constitution requires and

• therefore their crime against the Constitution is perpetual and without statute of limitations

• unless they vote, you will call them into session on that original marriage petition and

• will order the state police to arrest them and bring them to the chambers to vote (as the Governor of Texas ordered in May 2003 when Texas legislators refused to convene a quorum).

5

Under conditions of repeated and systematic constitutional abuse, these steps by a governor are the minimum required to defend constitutional democracy and our republican form of government.

San Diego County Resident to Run for CA Lieutenant Governor: http://www.ronnehring.com/

Former state Republican Party chairman Ron Nehring of San Diego tossed his hat in the ring for lieutenant governor today.

In a statement, Nehring called for a bold vision for California's leaders and comprehensive reform of state government.

"Around the world, California is recognized for the innovation, creativity, and hard work of its people," Nehring said. "But today we have a government that is failing in too many ways—sky-high unemployment, more poverty than any state in the nation, failing schools and a toxic environment for job creation. We can do better."

Nehring, the state GOP leader from 2007-11, will face business owner John Estrada in the primary. Rep. Jeff Denham, R-Turlock, is also considering joining the race, according to reports. Incumbent Democratic Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom is seeking reelection.

Last month, Nehring was quoted by the Sacramento Bee as saying that a paucity of Republican candidates for statewide office left the party "two steps away from a nightmare scenario" that would harm GOP candidates for legislative and congressional seats.

He's the first Republican to join the race for lieutenant governor.

"The policies of Jerry Brown, Gavin Newsom and the Democrats in Sacramento have produced high taxes and high poverty together with shrinking economic opportunity and troubled schools," Nehring said. "There is a better way, and as a candidate for lieutenant governor, I plan to offer a better vision and leadership."

Nehring has also been chairman of the Republican Party in San Diego County, and is a campaign consultant and commentator.

New voter registration numbers released by the secretary of state Tuesday highlight the difficulty for any Republican running for statewide office: Republican registration in the state stands at just under 29%, a historic low.

Nehring, 43, said that although he recognizes the uphill battle, he believes the party must offer an alternative to one-party rule in Sacramento. Democratic dominance, he asserted, has left the state with high taxes, high levels of poverty and failing schools.

If elected lieutenant governor, Nehring said, he would use the post to shape proposals to overhaul California's taxes, schools and pension system.

The job "should be used as an incubator for bold reform ideas, and then the lieutenant governor should advocate for the adoption of these reforms," he said.

Nehring, who lives in unincorporated San Diego County, has never been elected to office. In addition to heading the state Republican Party, he led the San Diego County GOP for six years. He has also served as an appointee on the California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection and on the Grossmont Union High School District Board of Trustees.

Newsom has publicly chafed in his job, which he once described as "a largely ceremonial post ... with no real authority and no real portfolio."

He ran for governor in 2010 but dropped out before the primary and ran for second-in-command instead. He has said he would run for governor this year if incumbent Gov. Jerry Brown decided against seeking a fourth term, which appears unlikely.

As mayor of San Francisco from 2004 until 2011, Newsom gained national fame for directing the city-county clerk to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, in violation of state law.

He was a vocal opponent of Proposition 8, the successful 2008 ballot measure to forbid gay marriage in California that was later overturned. Nehring supported the measure.

Impressive. He's one of the better GOP'ers.  I would like to hear how he plans to win.

 Hello Fellow Patriots!

I just wanted to reach out to you regarding the Press Release we chatted about not too long ago.

I can tell you this; NJ is PUSHING HARD to make Chris Christie become the Republican nominee.

I can also tell you this; HE SHOULD NOT BE THE NOMINEE!

Coming from NJ, I can tell you that Chris Christie does not have the Constitutional principles that we believe a President should have. He sits on the fence, panders and moves WAY too far left for comfort.

If we sit back and let them, they will surely choose a moderate like Christie or Bush and we will either lose, or wind up with a left leaning moderate.

All we asked you to do was add you name to a list of signatories so that we look like a united front.  We may not succeed in getting them to listen, but we can at least try.

I already sent out a Press Release with several groups from several states, but I really wanted to send out an updated one to hopefully, get their attention.

Please, let us know if you wish to be added to the list.

WE REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ASAP.

Thank you,

Jeb Bush: I Would Govern Like Lib Icon Lyndon Johnson As President

RINO Carson Close To Announcing Run For President (my version of title by Fox News)

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/08/02/carson-takes-major-steps...

A RINO cannot win The White House. That will likely never happen again as bad as Obama has been. The reason is simple: Conservative voters aren't dumb and no longer fall for voting for "the lesser of two evils" candidate. G.W. Bush got away with it in 2000 (out of fear of a President Gore) and in 2004 (out of fear of a President Kerry). That fear disappeared in 2008 and 2012 in spite of Conservatives knowing that Obama is at the very minimum, a leftist.

The reason BEHIND the reason?

Conservatives knew that Bush was pushing Amnesty from Day 1 in 2001. He never stopped pushing it. We almost had a General Amnesty in 2006 and 2007.

Conservative voters said, "Never again!"

I've done exposes on Dr. Carson--one on his being a gun-grabber at

http://thedavelevineshow.ning.com/profiles/blogs/dr-ben-carson-gun-...

and the other on his position on illegal immigration/Amnesty at

http://thedavelevineshow.ning.com/profiles/blogs/pro-amnesty-ben-ca...

Here's what I wrote:

Sorry, fellow Conservatives, but THIS Independent Conservative won't be voting for Dr. Ben Carson or any other RINO or faux conservative for President in 2016.Why not? Three words: law and order.

First, he's not a law and order man. If he was, he'd be solidly against Amnesty and for enforcing Federal Immigration laws including being a big fan of state immigration laws such as 1070 and LAWA (mandatory E-verify). Instead, he's pro-Amnesty and wants to flood the country with massive numbers of legal aliens as do the rest of the RINOs in the GOP--a "pay-off" if you will to the Chamber and BigAg for their donations.

Here are some excerpts from Dr. Carson's Immigration statement that he made in a speech on January 24, 2012 I found at

http://www.ontheissues.org/2016/Ben_Carson_Immigration.htm

Ask yourself if this is a man you want to be President, then ask yourself how he differs from Boehner and the other RINOs in Congress:

**********************************************************

"Is it moral for us, for example, to take advantage of cheap labor from illegal immigrants while denying them citizenship? I'm sure you can tell from the way I phrased the question that I believe we have taken the moral low road on this issue. Some segments of our economy would virtually collapse without these undocumented workers--we all know that--yet we continue to harass and deport many individuals who are simply seeking a better life for themselves and their families. Is there a way to apply logic to this issue and arrive at an intelligent solution?"

"All we have to do is look to our northern neighbor, Canada. They have a guest worker program, which allows people to enter the country as officially recognized guest workers who pay taxes, receive benefits, and are able to come and go as they please without infringing on anyone else's rights."

**********************************************************

Second, I don't trust a doctor as a politician. Every MD who's been a Senator or a Congressman (Ron Paul, Bill Frist, Rand Paul and others) has been a weakling when it comes to law and order (pro-Amnesty, pro-laissez faire).

Dr. Carson should remain a surgeon where he's really needed and leave politics in 2016 to Senator Jeff Sessions or some other law and order Conservative. If no Conservative runs, then let 2016 be another 2008/2012--"the hat trick" in the lost column for the GOP which continues to be run by RINOs.

Remember: The lesser of two evils is still evil and as long as the RINO candidates like Jeb Bush, "RINO Rick" Perry, Ben Carson and phony Republicans like Rand Paul are are kept from becoming President, Amnesty will never become law.

http://thedavelevineshow.ning.com/profiles/blogs/rino-carson-close-...

We haven't had a true Conservative nominated for President since 1964 and he lost. The only one even close was Reagan and he won big.

On Romney for Pres

From Don Hank

Our thanks to Larry J for this and to Mychal Massie for his contribution.
In addition to this, I posted at laiglesforum.com a long article by Gregg Jackson -- a MA native who knew all the ins and outs of the Romney administration there -- showing that Romney was nothing but a liberal who would be indistinguishable from a Democrat. I agree 100%. If they put up this empty suit I guarantee I will not go to the polls. Go ahead, say what you will. I will sleep in that day. No RINO will EVER get my vote again. They are Dems in disguise. They will keep the border open. Mitt invented Romneycare and pretends he only wants it for MA. Yeah, right! Mitt also gave MA gay marriage. The Supreme Court said banning it was illegal, but since the SC does NOT write the law, Mitt had no right to rush right out and demand that his JPs perform gay marriage ceremonies when asked to do so. But he did. He lies and he flip flops. Further, Mitt and his fellow neocons insist that Russia, the most conservative and non-socialist by far of all the world powers, is our worst enemy but that we must be friendly to China, which is armed to the teeth and hates us. Why? He didn't deign to say. Why should he when he can capitalize on deeply ingrained racism against the Russian ethnicity and Hollywood stereotypes to boot! Mitt also thought it would be a good idea for us to send our boys to risk their lives to take out the only pro-Christian leader in the Middle East. Don't tell me I need to tell you who...
With RINOs like Mitt, who needs Democrats?
NO MORE RINOS!!!
What we need now and quick is a way to make the GOP back down. How? Start a petition at Petition.com and ask conservatives to sign who will NOT vote for Romney under any circumstances. If we can get enough names, they will think twice about running the misfit.

'This is in response to your possibly voting for Romney, if he "offered" to us. Mark Krikorian appeared at a December 2012 Oregonians For Immigration Reform meeting. I don't recall the context in which he stated this timeless expression, but this is exactly how I feel

about Romney and similar RINOs:  Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I had quite a bit on Romney for the 2012 election, but must probably deleted most of it as I didn't think I'd be hearing his name again. The media
(leftwing & rightwing??) is manipulating the Republican segment to begin the "acceptance" re - programming campaign. But here is a list of the many issues Romney and Obama on which both have similar views. Should the need arise leading up to 2016, and Romney
is the candidate, the Chuck Baldwin article below would be an excellent precis to judge Romney vs any Democrat. IMO, his long history as supreme Flip Flopper will discourage many potential voters that a longtime Flip Flopper can honestly change his flip flopping ways.
Chuck Baldwin did a good job of comparing and contrasting Mitt  vs  the Kenyan. Until I saw the three Rasmussens on the Independent voter segment below, I wasn't aware that they comprised such a significant percentage of the voting public.

Catch 22 is the definition of conundrum. There is NO satisfactory solution / resolution to the current egregiously corrupt / criminal US political system dominated by Ds and Rs. Pastor Baldwin makes a very strong case for not voting "the evil of two lessers." I just ask
everyone reading this how did voting for "the evil of two lessers" work for the country and  YOU from 2000 - 2016? Case closed.

Mark Krikorian, a nationally recognized expert on immigration issues, has served as Executive Director of the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) since 1995. The Center, an independent, non-partisan research organization in Washington, D.C., examines and critiques the impact of immigration on the United States. Animated by a pro-immigrant, low-immigration vision which seeks fewer immigrants but a warmer welcome for those admitted, the Center was established in1985 to respond to the need for reliable, fact-based research in the immigration area.

2012 election, Romney got 27% of the Mexican / Hispanic vote while Obama got 71%, and stated that Republicans over approximately 50 years have generally received between 25 − 33% of this voting segment. So Romney's share is not the disaster as portrayed
by the media, the Dems, and the Beltway Republican talking heads.  He said elites of the Republican party are NOT against mass immigration, and that the following day after the election the Republican talking heads, the Democrats, and the media, all in unison, attributed
Romney's stunning loss to the Mexican / Hispanic vote. Mark Krikorian said this is all diversion and distraction as to the real reasons for Romney's defeat.

A very little known fact is that immigrants are eligible for affirmative action preferences, and he stated that Hispanic Republicans are to the [left] of white Democrat liberalsThis is not a typo — re - read the sentence. The following CIS study lays out tons of stats regarding welfare
dependence of several decades. This is NOT the picture portrayed by the Republican Party establishment of conservative social and political values; it is just the opposite. 53% of Mexican / Hispanic births, for example, are to unwed mothers.

In an era of closely matched political parties and relatively narrow two - party vote shares, winning and maintaining the support of that 20% is crucial.

A Word About The Elections by Chuck Baldwin, November 1, 2012

A Word About The Elections
By Chuck Baldwin
November 1, 2012

Archived column:
http://chuckbaldwinlive.com/home/archives/5229

With the 2012 Presidential election just a few days away, it is almost superfluous for me to engage in any kind of in depth discussion, as most people cannot, for the life of them, get past the political theater that is currently crescendoing to a climax. Therefore, I will simply provide readers with a few passing thoughts regarding the elections next week.

I think Mitt Romney will somewhat comfortably win the Presidential election. This will cause “conservatives,” Christians, and most Republicans to go into a state of deep hibernation, which will allow Romney to wreak havoc upon the Constitution and liberties of the people. In 2012, Barack Obama is the “Boogeyman” that must defeated at all costs. But the fact is, with the exception of Romney’s more business-friendly approach to economics, the differences between Obama and Romney are negligible.

As I have noted in previous columns, the differences between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama are miniscule on virtually every salient issue.
1)
They both supported TARP;

Judge Andrew Napolitano nailed it when he said, “Barack Obama loves Big Labor; Mitt Romney loves Big Business; but they both love Big Government.”

Steve Baldwin (no relation) agrees. Steve is a former California State legislator and former Executive Director of the Council for National Policy. He said:

“As someone who was asked by one of the presidential candidates to investigate Romney’s gubernatorial record, I can assure you there is little in Romney’s background to suggest he will be a Reagan-type president willing to undertake bold action to save our economy and restore our culture. I know every bill he signed and every statement he made as Governor. I know who his appointees were and the liberal vision that governed his actions. As Massachusetts Governor, he sided with the big government types in every crisis he faced. Indeed, he repeatedly sold out constitutional rights--freedom of religion, the 2nd amendment, etc., every time he had the opportunity to do so.

“He raised taxes on the private sector, destroyed job creation when he implemented RomneyCare, and came out in support of amnesty for illegal aliens. Most of his judicial appointees were to the left of Obama’s two appointments to the Supreme Court. As governor, he led the country in advancing three of the left’s most sacred issues: Cap and Trade, socialized medicine and gay marriage. Romney even supported Obama’s bailouts and the useless $8 billion stimulus. And he’s hostile to the notion of engaging in serious budget cuts, telling one reporter, ‘I’m not going to cut $1 trillion in the first year.’

“Let’s not also forget that Romney’s advisors actually met with Obama’s advisors on a dozen occasions to assist them with designing ObamaCare! It’s no surprise that Romney is refusing to call ObamaCare a tax, even though it’s the largest middle class tax hike in American history.  The reason for this is because, while governor, his RomneyCare plan--the model for ObamaCare--was attacked as a tax and he argued it wasn’t.

“In other words, ObamaCare has been taken off the table as a campaign issue because Romney is afraid of being portrayed as a hypocrite for his past statements on this issue. This is reason number 167 why Romney should never have become our nominee.

“I don’t care how his campaign portrays him today, his record as Governor is far more indicative of how he will govern than his campaign sound bites. If you’re not familiar with what I am disclosing about Romney, it’s because the truth about Romney was kept from Republican voters.  Yes, the conservative movement sold out to Romney. Starting in 2004, Romney created a slew of PACS and foundations that funneled thousands of dollars to hundreds of conservative groups, think tanks, grass roots leaders and GOP entities.

In return, many of these entities that normally would have attacked Romney during the presidential primary went silent or even promoted him. I’ve tracked all of Romney contributions to conservative and GOP groups and it’s disgusting. It means that the leadership of our own conservative movement is up for the highest bidder and cannot be trusted to do the right thing. Even National Review, the nation’s leading conservative publication, took money from Romney and for the last six years blocked all articles critical of Romney. Instead, they published a slew of articles portraying him to be a conservative superstar. It was all phony and I can prove it.”

Even though Romney will promote at least 85% of the Obama agenda, conservatives have no fear or trepidation of Romney because he is a Republican, whereas Obama scares the pants off of them because he is a Democrat. Ah, don’t you just love partisan politics?

Therefore, as I said, absent massive vote-fraud, Romney will be our next President. But he will do NOTHING to stem the tide of coming disaster. Romney will be a military hawk of the highest order. And while corporations doing business with the military-industrial complex will reap huge profits, America’s continued foreign interventionism is going to bring us to the brink of World War III. Furthermore, it is the “we are at war” mantra that is used to justify a burgeoning police state in America, which Romney will enthusiastically continue to implement. And unlike the Democrat Barack Obama, the Republican Mitt Romney will have little resistance--except from a Democrat-controlled Senate.

Republicans will maintain control of the House of Representatives, which is probably a good thing; Democrats will probably control the Senate. Between the two, I had much rather have Republicans control the House, because trying to find honest-to-God freedomists among Republican US senators (you could count them on two hands) is like trying to find hen’s teeth. Again, Romney isn’t going to appoint freedomist judges anyway, so that argument is moot. But if the first six years of this century proved anything, it proved that neither major party in Washington, D.C., can be trusted with control of both chambers of Congress and the White House. That is a recipe for disaster!

At this point, I must remind readers that the reason Barack Obama was elected to begin with was due to the eight years of the phony - conservative G.W. Bush administrations.Americans were disillusioned and angry over Bush’s huge spending habits at home and his military adventurism overseas. I predict a Mitt Romney presidency will have the same effect. As with G. W. Bush, Mitt Romney will disappoint and anger the American electorate, which will pave the way for another leftist (Hillary Clinton?) to prevail in 2016.

“And the beat goes on.”

At some point--maybe toward the end of Romney’s first term--the chickens are going to come home to roost. Neither major party has the guts to do what it takes to put America on a solid financial footing. They are both beholden to too many parasites that are sucking the life’s blood out of our country. And neither party will do a darn thing to stop this fascination with empire that is putting our troops in killing fields all over the world. The result: it’s only a matter of time before the inevitable happens. And just about anybody with half a brain knows it!

It would be nice if a few states would elect freedomist governors, attorney generals, sheriffs, legislators, senators, secretaries of State, etc., next Tuesday. At the end of the day, freedom is going to be won or lost at the State level anyway. My son, Tim Baldwin, is running for a Montana House seat. Here is his website:

http://tim4hd4.com

I know of a handful of other freedomists in Montana and around the country who, if elected, could make a real difference in their respective states. We’ll see.

So, if it makes you feel better, vote for Mitt Romney. He’s probably going to win anyway--but it won’t matter! But, by all means, when you find a for-real freedomist to vote for in the other races, be sure you do that, because that WILL matter!

RINO Carson Close To Announcing Run For President (my version of title by Fox News)

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/08/02/carson-takes-major-steps...

A RINO cannot win The White House. That will likely never happen again as bad as Obama has been. The reason is simple: Conservative voters aren't dumb and no longer fall

for voting for "the lesser of two evils" candidate. G.W. Bush got away with it in 2000 (out of fear of a President Gore) and in 2004 (out of fear of a President Kerry). That fear

disappeared in 2008 and 2012 in spite of Conservatives knowing that Obama is at the very minimum, a leftist.

The reason BEHIND the reason?

Conservatives knew that Bush was pushing Amnesty from Day 1 in 2001. He never stopped pushing it. We almost had a General Amnesty in 2006 and 2007.

Conservative voters said, "Never again!"

I've done exposes on Dr. Carson--one on his being a gun-grabber at

http://thedavelevineshow.ning.com/profiles/blogs/dr-ben-carson-gun-...

and the other on his position on illegal immigration/Amnesty at

http://thedavelevineshow.ning.com/profiles/blogs/pro-amnesty-ben-ca...

Here's what I wrote:

Sorry, fellow Conservatives, but THIS Independent Conservative won't be voting for Dr. Ben Carson or any other RINO or faux conservative for President in 2016.

Why not? Three words: law and order.

First, he's not a law and order man. If he was, he'd be solidly against Amnesty and for enforcing Federal Immigration laws including being a big fan of state

immigration laws such as 1070 and LAWA (mandatory E-verify). Instead, he's pro-Amnesty and wants to flood the country with massive numbers of legal aliens as do

the rest of the RINOs in the GOP--a "pay-off" if you will to the Chamber and BigAg for their donations.

I'm sure you can tell from the way I phrased the question that I believe

we have taken the moral low road on this issue. Some segments of our economy would virtually collapse without these undocumented workers--we all know that--yet we continue to harass and

deport many individuals who are simply seeking a better life for themselves and their families. Is there a way to apply logic to this issue and arrive at an intelligent solution?"

"All we have to do is look to our northern neighbor, Canada. They have a guest worker program, which allows people to enter the country as officially recognized guest workers who pay taxes,

receive benefits, and are able to come and go as they please without infringing on anyone else's rights."

**********************************************************

Second, I don't trust a doctor as a politician. Every MD who's been a Senator or a Congressman (Ron Paul, Bill Frist, Rand Paul and others) has been a weakling when it comes to law and order

(pro-Amnesty, pro-laissez faire).

Dr. Carson should remain a surgeon where he's really needed and leave politics in 2016 to Senator Jeff Sessions or some other law and order Conservative. If no Conservative runs, then let 2016

be another 2008/2012--"the hat trick" in the lost column for the GOP which continues to be run by RINOs.

Remember: The lesser of two evils is still evil and as long as the RINO candidates like Jeb Bush, "RINO Rick" Perry, Ben Carson and phony Republicans like Rand Paul are are kept from becoming President, Amnesty will never become law.
